Guile Charm increases your damage dealt by up to 15% (was 10%) and lasts up to 12 seconds (was 10 seconds).Is this all damage dealth, or just damage dealt by sinister strike?The rune goes as "Take advantage of the natural ebb and flow of combat, causing your sinister strike to gradually increase your damage dealt by up to 10% (will now be 15%)Why aren't more using this, or does it just have a super low proc rate? 15% increased over-all damage sounds quite alot better than the 8% celerity does...
Please do not nerf Mark of the Master Assasin like that. Fix the Interaction it has with Necrotic Wake Items (since I assume, that is the main reason for that nerf), especially since those work with Mages Rune of Power, etc.Fix the weird Snapshotting it does with Phial-Trinket from Plaguefall (it snapshots all that stats when applied), because that shouldn’t be part of the game anymore and also affects other classes to a lesser extend .Rogues are not broken or overpowered by any means, MA in PvE is basically a Mythic+ only legendary and you take away some burst potential from them by nerfing MA this way. No guaranteed crits on potions, enchants, on-use trinkets hurt, because they were handy to have more burst for e.g. Prides to kill.In PvP I also don’t see a problem from guaranteed Crits, since rogues damage got nerfed a lot earlier the expansion.Really rethink your approach here, because it neither fixes what you most likely wanted to fix nor does it help in any other way, it rather creates more problems...
Really hope Blizzard addresses tank balancing in 9.1 since they clearly aren’t in 9.0.5. Pally tanks are beyond squishy and it makes no sense. At the very least, give us back the passive armor you took away in pre-patch.

Surely... Surely this doesn't just apply to primary demons at the cost of Hellfire Pact no longer being a separate anima power.That's uhh...
