Comparing the ENTIRETY OF BFA to them…. *checks notes*… removing gear you replace in either 10 seconds with heirlooms or in 4 minutes as a brand new player and that literally cannot be mogged is the type of hyperbole that makes it SO hard to take World of Warcraft players seriously when they post here. Take a breath.
Please make them moggable thank you
THB I hope they make the new ones moggable, would love the Belf starter as mog but other than that I kinda forgot we had started armor being as I always pop the hierloom armor on alts as soon as I made them aswell as now the new gear from the Island leveling.
Why don't they make gray items and white items transmogable now days?
But why does this even need to be updated? Who asked? They're making all these changes to the game that just make it more and more generic that nobody asled for, every single change they've made for the last several weeks... Just why?
I think the real problem here has nothing to do with it being starter gear or anything of that sorts, but just the fact that any kind of simple, ordinary, and everyday looking items are just so damn rare and hard to find. Not everyone wants to wear massive shoulder pads with more spikes than possible or wield massive swords and axes that look ridiculously heavy. The fact that we can't find simple shirts, pants, robes, skirts, or light armor and the fact that more low-key weapons are so rare (basically anything that isn't covered in tons of spikes, chains, skulls, or gizmos) despite it being what many fans (especially role players) want just goes to show how most of the art team just didn't care about what players wanted all these years. Hell, the one thing I remember many people wanting from BFA were the trench coats worn by Kul'tiran NPCs or the every day fashions worn by the Zandalari NPCs.
It's called a vendor, why does blizzard always have to make solutions into Rube Goldberg machine
Lore-wise, why would characters of completely different races, places and backgrounds start with the same gear? Why remove gear that was part of their racial identity?
They should give the original gear to people who choose to start in their racial starting zone. I think that's the happiest medium.
Most irrelevant waste of time change ot 2021 ?
This will break a lot of crafted transmogs, so no luck
