If its +20s I wouldn't know but on 19 and below TOP is always the easiest dungeon no matter what affix. I've done it with most and I PUG it. I've never ever thought TOP was ever hard. I'd say HOA is tighter on time and has worse trash than TOP although the bosses in TOP are tougher than HOA.

Also, every healer can relate here but there are 3 dungeons that are cancerous every fortified week, especially this with Grievous, those 3 are Mists because of Thrashers, Halls because of Shards and DoS because of Masks. Last week I couldn't time it with several groups but this week I 2-chested it and people I ran it with had normal io's. Definitely easier this week. it's B/C not D.
