Reading through all these comments, my advice to blizz would be try again. Seems like only a couple specs are mildly content. Most wanted class flavour, and what is presented so far isn't panning out very well.
I’m pretty happy devs agreed priest oracle needs a revamp. It would make an unnecessary drama in raids towards which targets would get these buffs and make the whole dps ranking unreliable based on who got them and for how long. Moreover, it would add another mindgame (even more annoying than original paladin tree mindgame for dawn) which essentially would affect priests’ own performance. Have to sacrifice actual healing to make the perfect rotation of throwing out buffs without actually getting recognition for the hard work. Hope the next idea is better than this one
Scrap this concept entirely & just give us the aesthetic sub-classes we've been asking for. These Hero Talents are mostly passive, with some abilities/additions simply adding puzzle like bloat no one wants in high end raiding or m+. Drop the concept, it's a fail out the door.We want Warlocks with a Necromancer aesthetic, even if it's just changing the appearance and graphic of the same abilities. Also, please look at the success of SoD when introducing Tank spec to Shaman & several other takes. These specs need to be added to Retail, clearly popular with the community & aesthetically make sense anyways. We want flavor options, not this hot mess.
With hero talents linking pairs of specs, and this supposedly being a permanent thing - this means no additional support specs can be added in ...
Very curious to see what Affliction Warlock talents will look like.Any Demonology/Destruction mains care to share their thoughts on this?
