typical of blizzard to make affixes as miserable as possible for week 1 of the patch. feels malicious at this point

sounds like you need to roll a healer and do it yourself.
the final scaling would be more interessting....
these are terrible, tyranical will make boss harder anyway, and bolstering will make some packs look like fortified, in a week where we have the lowest dmg in all season 3, beside that u will have to swap targets and divide attention to kill explosives.
95% of the player population dislikes explosive.GJ having that garbage in the first week where people want to play alot of keys to boost their score...I dont even understand why explosive hasnt been removed yet, its not fun at all.
No complaints here, this is fine.Grevious would have been worse. People complain about everything.

Sweet, easy affixes, free week. Not a bad way for the season to start
Those affixes are easy, can be a pain in pugs where people don't care at all but if you are in a group with some people with just a little amount of IQ they know healer and tank will take of orbs while dps kill all the mobs at the same time.The hardest about this gonna be tyra the bosses gonna have @#$% ton of hp and hit like a truck

Why they do cap loot like this during the first week? does it really make THAT much of a difference with the "world first" race? I guess I'm not sure how.

wasn't last week NOT part of season 3? It was definitely tormented, is sanguine/grievous definitely part of the new rotation?
