While I have many gripes about Shadowlands and its story and etc. I can NOT find fault with the art team and direction. They've continuously pumped out quality model after quality model. Azshara from BFA is just breathtaking with how much work must've been put in- and as much as I've grown to distaste so much from Shadowlands, the models (including "redeemed" Sylvie here) are just top notch.
Very sad T-shirt only Sylvanas didn't make it into the game.
It's amazing how complex this stuff is to make......it's also amazing how much the community acts like it's nbd and done in a day.lol
This looks good, but the face of Sylvanas roaring in sheer anger looks so meme-able.
Great job there! I specially love azshara's design (the best character in all bfa by a long shot, imo). It's just insane how complex it is at so many levels. Hope we'll see more of this in the future.
I cannot wait for the return of Queen Azshara. Nazjatar and Eternal Palace is some of the best content WoW has ever had. I have no idea where they're going to take her story next but I would love her to be a anti-hero in the Light vs Void conflict.
Amazing job! I've delved into many 3d modeling fields and I've found animation to be hella fun, but absolutely hate rigging/skinning. It's by far the most tedious and mundane part of the job. Props to this artist, especially on that insanely complex Queen Azshara Rig. They've done incredible work.
