I failed this mission, is Ulna Thresher lost forever for me?

If you are worried about failing this and never being able to get Ulna Thresher again (I don't know if that mission comes up again or not), do the Ashran Apperance quest line that starts in your garrison. It's a pretty quick quest line and gives you Vivianne as a follower. She is 100% on this mission.

If you failed this mission and didn't get Ulna, no sweat. Build a level 2 garrison, build a level 1 Inn, complete the weekly quest to get a new follower and select for Magic Debuff ability counters.
Granted, you did lose out on a chance to get an epic follower, but at least you can cover yourself for countering Magic Debuff (followers that counter this are rare-ish).

I just spoke with a Game Master about this, here was the reply: "The problem you presented (needing Vivianne) has already been sent up to the Development Team for a fix or workaround as this is very silly. It is not currently possible to get this quest a second time, and Customer Support has not yet gotten the go ahead to adjust anyone who already failed the quest. This may change once Dev has reviewed it fully, so keep an eye on hotfix/patch notes for the moment, and hit us up if you see a notation indicating it's fixed but still can't get it. Sorry I don't have better news right now. =C"
So for the time being, wait til you have Vivianne or if you already missed out, keep an eye on the notes for an update. This stinks.

It has been datamined that you can obtain Contract: Ulna Thresher in patch 6.1 for 2g 50s. Hopefully, this helps those who failed this mission.

I have Vivienne and have finished several garrison missions to the point where there are no more left. This mission has yet to pop up? Should I be worried?
