This is the garrison mission that awards S.E.L.F.I.E. Lens Upgrade Kit, an upgrade for the toy camera S.E.L.F.I.E. Camera. It adds 3 additional filters to the camera:

1) Sketch Filter
2) Black and White Filter
3) Death Filter

The final upgraded camera is S.E.L.F.I.E. Camera MkII.

Since the base chance of this mission is 100%, you should be able to complete it successfully with any follower.

If you've received and completed this upgrade mission, and subsequently learned the toy, can an alt ever receive it as well? On patch day I was able to start and complete the first mission on two characters, then got the upgrade mission on one of them. I'd like to ditch the beginner camera item on the second character, but only if they will never receive the upgrade mission.

Has anyone personally gotten the upgrade mission after having already completed it on an alt? Is the mission "unique" and one-time to an account, or just RNG?

Curious as to if you need the camera first in order for this one to appear. And if it can appear on any character's missions provided you have the camera already.
