Probably a piece of the mount "Hand of Nilganihmaht", which might be obtainable through an alter where you place all the rings.

Nilganihmaht's Silver Ring is one of 5 rings required to obtain the 9.1 mount Nilganihmaht Control Ring which is the golden version of the hand model mounts.

Nilganihmaht's Silver Ring drops from a Domination Sealed Chest at /way #1543 66.0, 57.4 behind the staircase.

This is a chest inside a cage that required four total Seal Breaker Keys to open – three for the three cage locks, and one for the chest itself.

Here is where to get each one:
•First one drops from Maldraxxi Defectors, which are elite mobs in the area.
• Second is inside a Feeder's Hand and Key, which dropped from the rare elite mob Ylva.
• Third is from a keyring inside a building next to a named mob. The entrance is next to Deomen the Vortex, and the coordinates are /way #1543 66.9, 56.2. go down the stairs and kill Kjellrun, and on the wall to the right of where he stands is The Harrower's Key Ring, containing another key.
• Fourth and final is from a Helgarde Supply Cache, which is around /way #1543 67.3, 49.0. Chest is behind one the big 3headed dogs. This chest didn't glow or sparkle, so it might be a little hard to see!

Nilganihmaht's Silver Ring drop from the treasure Domination Chest Seal located in The Maw.
To open this treasure you need 4x Seal Breaker Key.

Drop from Feeder's Hand and Key, you loot this item from the rare mob Ylva (1395k HP). Need 3-5 man group to kill the rare.

Drop from the treasure Helgarde Supply Cache. I don't know the drop rate but I got on my first try (63 52).

Has anyone experienced a bug for this. I believe I collected all four keys and the cage disappeared but the chest still says I need a key.

Spent an hour in the maw killing the Maldraxxi Defectors with 2 other people. We changed it up and killed a few mobs in the House of the Chosen in Maldraxxus and it dropped for all of us within 2 minutes lol

Anyone knows is there way to track wich keys i have looted, or can i get key 2 times from same source? i collected 3 earlier and now i don't remember wich one i didn't get yet...

Can confirm that you can reobtain the Seal Breaker Key after deleting it.
I had accidentally deleted my first seal breaker key, because my addon said "completed".
I got a key from Ylva, a cache and on the wall afterwards, and therefore thought that I'd have to get the last key from the maldraxxi defectors (My addon had also from the beginning showed that I had obtained one from the Maldraxxi defectors, which I know must've been the one I threw away then)
I tried to farm it from the maldraxxi defectors and at the house of the undying with no luck. I tried Ylva and the wall again but with no luck either. I couldn't find any caches anywhere until I finally did today and I got a seal breaker key from that.

If you have one key in your inventory and used it and not sure if you got it from chest or Maldraxi there's a good chance you got it form Maldraxi. Check all 12 known chest locations (click on the chest name in comments to find the coords) before spending 2 hours camping 200 defectors before checking the 7th odd chest location and finding the key behind the world boss.

I can also confirm that they drop from Caches and Chests if you are missing keys.
I had 2 of the 4 keys on my main, and was wondering where I could get the others. As I know the last 2 must have been from Ylva and The Harrower's Key Ring, I blindly looked at the info for the Seal Breaker Key sources and started chasing after Maldraxxi Defectors, with no luck. After taking a closer look, Vandiel01 had a useful comment reply as a single script to check the status, even though it does not display correctly in the comments due to the "\" in "qID\" being interpreted as a start for italic.
As per the other scripts, all of them showed that I had already looted all 4 keys, so obviously misplaced (read deleted) 2 keys.

I re-opened it and posed the question again, after which a GM replied that I should use all the keys I have, and that they should then start dropping again, but obviously they can not disclose the drop source(s).
By this time I had already used the ones I had, and killed probably an additional 30 Maldraxxi Defectors and quite a few mobs at House of the Chosen with no luck. The total Defector kills I racked up was 160, and Mobinfo was also disabled for a while. I just re-enabled it for the key stats.
I decided to follow the Mawsworn Cache route with the Swagsnout Gromit from the Trained Gromit Carrier, and that paid off in less than an hour. Just 3 or 4 chests later, I had the 2 extra keys I needed.

I had 2 keys on other characters, and looking at Mobinfo's drop details, the 3 keys I looted was from the following mobs, all in Maldraxxus:

Prime Siegecrafter - Elite level 60 (29 kill)
Chosen Ragebringer - Elite level 60+ (14 kills)
Vyraz Chosen - looted as Level 56 (Unknown # kills)

TLDR;
If you are missing or may have deleted Seal Breaker Keys, grab a Trained Gromit Carrier and concentrate on Helgarde Chests / Caches in Desmotaeron.
Ensure you use each key immediately after you loot it, before you continue your search.

had 1 key on my paladin, 2 on my shaman and 1 on my druid. the script told me true for all 4 keys on on my druid, look thru my bags and bank only saw 1 but somehow managed to open the chest. idont know what happened, just try to open the chest if your in a similar situation as me
