This is the Hunter T10 set available from IceCrown Citadel being introduced in patch 3.3.
At the time of this post the set bonuses are:

2 pieces: Your Auto Shots have a 5% chance to cause you and your pet to deal 15% additional damage for 10 sec.

4 pieces: When your Serpent Sting and Wyvern Sting abilities deal damage, you have a 5% chance to gain 20% attack power for 10 sec.

I don't care what they look like (can always "Not show helm"), but we FINALLY get some great bonuses!

Sure Serpent Sting crits are great, but a chance of 15% additional damage from auto attacks? NICE!

great bonuses - good to see that there's not really a "favored tree" anymore - the T9 4 piece bonus was great for beast masters but as survival (assuming it was the same for marksmen) i had to stick with my T8.

The whole set is gorgeous but something that strikes me is the need to gem a good deal of hit depending on some of your other gear as this tier set (as it stands at the moment) has only one piece giving you +56 Hit.
Compare this to the Tier 9 which has 3 yellow sockets (perfect for the extra hit boost) it seems that some people who are just on the cap cannot afford to lose hit.
If you have a hit rating trinket however which provides you with a good hit pool then you will be able to work around this nicely but for others this will be an interesting turn of stats.

Apart from this base version of the set is pure damage heavily outweighing even the Tier 9. More bonuses like these please Blizz!

I'd say it's definetly the ugliest of the Tier 10 gears, a dragonhead design or something would have been more nice then a bloody Rhino helm :P

Just a heads up dps wise the 4 piece bonus is barely on top of 2 T9 (232,232) and 2 10 and actually less than 2T9 (245,245) 2T10 until you can manage to upgrade one piece of your gear with the sanctified tokens. So its probably for the best to stick with 2T9 until you get your hands on some upgrade tokens. Plus the SrS effect is a constant boost where the procs can be random and wasted depending on when they go off.

The full set gives much more Agility, Stamina, and AP than what is listed here as a SV Hunter (provided you have the talents http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=24297, http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=56341, and http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=19259, which you should as a SV Hunter; if not, quit WoW now please). From my calculations, including those 3 talents, I'm coming up with:

895 Agility
558 Stamina
1792 AP

(those statistics come from gemming EVERY socket with +20 agility, if you don't do that you won't get these results, besides the Meta socket)

As well, JUDGING SOLELY OFF OF THESE STATS PRODUCED BY THE OTHER THREE TALENTS (that means without any other armor pieces' contribution), if http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=34503 procs, then you end up with roughly 2016 AP.

Overall it's a very nice set with plenty of bonuses for those SV Hunters.

As well, from the combination of the 895 Agility and 390 Crit rating, I'm coming up with 19.24% crit chance, all solely off this armor set.

This set is fashioned from pieces of a dead crypt lord. The helm is an entire piece (albeit smaller than a full size crypt lord), whereas the shoulders appear to have parts of it's claws strapped onto ordinary mail shoulder armor.

So basically, up until you get to the 277 ilvl version of this set, our 2 piece T9 bonus is going to be better.
The 4 piece on this set really needs a buff. It's uptime is so low that it is currently not very valuable.

In my opinion this set is too simular looking to Tier 7 (or Tier 3 if you like) which I found very disapointing as the rest of the Tier 10 sets were very original.

About 4p set bonus, it is more effective than it seems at many bosses since there are more than single target you have in many fights and since even "without sting crit bonus of 2p t9" your serpent sting still deals more damage than your steady shot crits plus piercing shots bleed comes after that; "but only if you have Glyph of Serpent Sting and improved stings talent" , and amount of your armor penetration matters too.
So, instead of sticking to single target with steady spam when your aimed and chimera shots are on cooldown, you can improve your dps alot by sparing your precious global cooldowns to sting multiple targets, yeah keep chimera refresh, aimed shot on your main target and keep steadies when you sting enough targets but if your serpent sting will be on multiple targets, since 4p set bonus doesnt have inner cooldown you will see that you will also get the proc much more often.

Now I need some help, I m not so good at macro creation, dont even know if such a macro is possible but if you can make such macro, could you share it please...

The macro I mean is , to cast serpent sting but on other targets than your current target, also without switching your target and also without casting serpent sting if every hostile targets around already have your sting.

if such a macro is possible it will make sting control lot easier and I believe will be insanely helpful at some boss fights.

Bit Gutted today, I have The Leggings of Northern Lights, and the Sanctified Ahn'Kahar Blood Hunter's Legguards(264) dropped today so gutted that they not as good, although they do make my 4set bonus.

Anybody know what Ahn'kahar means? Listen closely to the song "Arthas, my son". The boy says something along the lines of "Ahn kahar nee falalor". Perhaps it was just a reference to Arthas going north to fight the nerubian or something but i thought it would be interesting to look into. Next time you see the arthas death cinematic, listen closely to the boy singing.
