In interface on pvp tab it says 280 ilvl fear :( not sure if it worth to go for that cap

From what I've read, rares in the Warfront zones will reset every time the zone changes hands: so the next time the Alliance takes control of the Arathi Highlands, you can loot the rares again for a chance for gear (currently 340 ilevel), toys, or mounts. Maybe note that?

PvP reward is a 280 weapon for caster ..... and I only play tank ..... thanks blizz.

Also for alchemy is worthless it feels like. Sure you can make a https://www.wowhead.com/item=162519/mystical-cauldron] and some super useless trinkets but thats not nearly enough reason.

You need to update the guide Neryssa:

On the Islands Expeditions part, you only get 150 azerite per normal clear, 225 for heroics and 300 for mythic/pvp clears. Not those thousands you posted, those are for the scenario (and weekly quest if you're a level 120) only.

Also, unless Blizz changes it, you can farm 800 resources per warfront cycle, once your faction finishes the scenario phase, and takes control over Arathi, there will spawn 6 quests at the mage near the portal to and from Arathi, 4 of which gives 200 resources each.

It's just a matter of not doing every mission at the mission table on every toon, just the ones they really need.
