Fabulous
honestly....pvping at low lvs for blue items is sorta useless now because of the changes.. your able to lv 2 or 3 lvs in such a short time that most gear becomes out dated fast. its better jus to quickly lv to 70 and then pvp for your epic pieces...
do instance along the way to get better blues n such, but dont waste to much time in low lv bg's, unless u want to lv slow...

Anyway, I PVPed last night for the first time and enjoyed it, but I have read that prot, especially at a low level is pretty useless in PVP.
As a casual player, prot is actually a decent choice for PvP in low levels
As you level up, prot becomes more specialized and becomes lacking in PvP.
For twinking, where even 1 point of stat can make or break you, prot sucks, all in all, it really doesn't matter in your case.
EVERY magic damage including ret aura and such.
Retribution aura is not effected by spell damage.
Is it worth the time and effort PVPing just to get that ring. How rare will +magic damage be over the next few dozen levels?
oh, spell damage will be extremely scarce, that's why it doesn't really pay off to try to get that 1 ring, you just don't stack enough to see a difference imo. the top you'll see is 1 extra damage in SoR.
personally I wouldn't bother getting the ring but I level faster than most people I have met.
And does anyone have tactic advice for a prot pally at that level basically getting thrashed by everyone (aside from "stop sucking")?
If you are PvP'ing know your roll, base defender, flag carrier, and distraction.
ofc, it doesn't matter at level 29, but it will as you gain more experience in PvP.
in PvE, you'll be loved in instances if you can keep aggro off the clothies, that's all that you have to do.
