What will happen to the Peons?

With Garrosh taking control of the horde in cataclysm, something not many have probably thought of are the poor peons.
As discribed:
With the rise of Thrall, peons began being treated in a gentler manner, at least by Thrall and the Frostwolves. Thrall makes continuous movements to make sure peons are treated as equals in the society of the New Horde. Despite this, some of the other upper class orcs, like the Kor'kron, still continue to mistreat peons as such, especially when Thrall is not around
Given this with Thrall not leading the horde, and a more brutal leadership, what would then become of peons? As a workforce they have little to do other then help build things and doing minimal tasks in labouring, but Thrall saw them as being of importance and gave them a place in his society.
Without Thrall.. will we be seeing our beloved peons branded under the hammer?

"Yes?"
"Me busy, leave me alone!"
"
Me not that kind of orc!
"
"Work, work"
"Okie Dokie"
"Something need doing?"
Yeah, it seems to me that the Peons were already kind of treated bad in War 3.
:P
I mean, you would make them run into the enemy base and construct watch towers while they were blasted away!
Quick! To the Union cave! We must form a union before it's to late!

dang, well garrosh better be carefull when tightening his grip on the peons, there's only so much punishment a being can take before rebelling.
he could have a mutiny on his hands if he pushes them too far.

I just thought of something! Peons must get paid for their work? Why else would you need to mine gold in War3? Except for buying items, you don't need it to build buildings unless you're paying your workers!

Oh course they get paid, thats why it costs money to create peons.
Well actually, when a man loves a woman... Resulting in a baby which could be a peon. ^^
They probably do get paid, but poorly.

they don't get paid, that would require them to have enough time to buy something with their money, peons don't even get time off to sleep, let alone buy things, the only time they get off is to get beaten.
Ukor
A very friendly and sweet peon who just likes to help people.
