Isn’t this an oxymoron? Just read the title. Sorry could not resist. Runing around seeing a waror with a int buff on him.... lol
Don't you find it ironic that the more a Warrior stacks Intellect the less intelligent they are?

read the stickies at the top. Read your spells and your spec's talents thoroughly. Memorize them all. Tank some heroics if you have some gear.
Then, come ask specific questions.
Telling you-
"WoW as a warrior is......."
"then....."
(10 pages later)
"Now, aren't you glad you bought an 80 warrior and didn't experience the game for yourself? You get to read a book on how to push "X" and spam "Y" because you didn't read and don't want to experience the game for yourself."
I don't cater to stupidity. Sorry bro. You have to put some effort into the game before asking for help. Go find an IRL buddy that plays wow and is willing to hold your hand.
Brutal, but fair. GL

Start here, with
Tankspot's Positioning & Movement guide
.
Then read the stickies above.
What i need help with is:
Instances, tactic guides for raid and instance bosses, stats that i should have for tanking in raids.(Dodge,Parry,Block and Defence rating.)
What you are looking for is sorta hard to write a guide for. Since you haven't been through many of the raids, let alone 5 man dungeons, you need to run through them to familiarize yourself with their layout and boss mechanics. Everyone starts somewhere, so hopefully you can run with a group that's as new as you.
Another option is to run these places as dps and see what the tank is doing, where he's standing, etc. I mean most of the 5 mans don't require much in terms of knowing what to do, when to do it, but some of the raids will require you know ahead of time exactly what to do. Best and easiest way to learn that is to go as dps and take notes on tank tactics. Or you can watch all the videos on tankspot that explain each encounter.

You certainly didn't notice that he was a tbc warrior?
The only thing wotlk made for every class was make their burst increase.
Warriors? Burst? You're funny.
With fury and blowing CD's yes I can kil a 28k hp DK thinking he's tough within 5seconds though :p.

Back to the subject, there are no guides with specific information like def cap or hp for the tanks in each raid, yes i use wowhead a lot,my currect progress is voa10man but i am still running blind.using my imagination, skill and logic to go through.
That's not what you asked for though. In your original post, you said "What i need help with is: Instances, tactic guides for raid and instance bosses, stats that i should have for tanking in raids.(Dodge,Parry,Block and Defence rating.)"
That's like moving to the United States and asking someone "Tell me everything about America." It's too much information. Now, that information is out there available, but it's a bit egocentric to assume that someone will be willing to compile it all just for you.
You can find every single Instance and Raid in this database. It will list item drops in regular and heroic, and it will also have links to the bosses. If you go to those Boss pages, you will find a great number of comments that will help you with tactics. Any information you need about tanking can be found in the stickies, or found in any of the dozen posts that are made daily on this forum where Myself and a handful of other regular posters reply to the same questions day in and day out.
