I agree with SSS for the higher Agility. You want to keep stacking as much Agility & Dodge as you can until you reach 40% dodge unbuffed. Once you do so, you can start gemming for Stamina.
And also your talent build is pretty meh.
This is a MT build I'm particularly fond of
.
All in all, keep spamming heroics every day for as long as you can.
Welfare epics are your friend
!

40% does not exist. It is a NPFA. While it is nice to have your dodge rating higher do not live or die by this 40% thing.

They are two freaking ilvl 200 staffs.Who cares which one you take? Both are valid choices, both will get you into ToC HC and there you can get your Marrowstrike.
It really doesn't matter, randomly pick one. You will only be using it for less then a week anyway. That's why you also shouldn't really waste too much gold on enchanting it. Go with something cheap.
Oh and Nox' tanking build is awesome. Imho it's the best bear tank build you can possibly get.

Hmm, OoC is imo close to totaly useless as a tank, most of the time my white dmg done is less than 5% of my total dmg done, and since OoC only proccs from white dmg i fail to see the need to specc it.
Would put that point in Furor, other than that its lovely :)
OoC procs off Maul, not only white damage.

Procs off almost everything. Even non combat related abilities or actions.

Only change I would make is:
2 points out of Primal Precision, (
Which is essentially a cat talent
), and into King of the Jungle or
Improved Maul
.
This is complete nonsense. Expertise is amazingly important for a Bear, and 10 Expertise for 2 talent points is a bargain that you'd be insane to pass up.
Also, wtf is "Improved Maul"?

Hey Les, turns out "10 Expertise" and "10 Expertise Rating" aren't the same thing. Crazy huh?
Also, Improved Mangle isn't automatically a good choice either... the debate on the topic is complex, but Improved Mangle's overall effect on TPS is doubtful at best.
King of the Jungle is nice, but it's still not as good as Primal Precision.
Bottom line: All 3 of these talents are for TPS, and Primal Precision wins in terms of TPS boost per Talent Point. This isn't even a debate worth having.

Wow, you're a winner.
1 Expertise is ~8.2 Expertise Rating, meaning this talent gives you the same amount of Expertise as ~82 Expertise Rating (meaning it would take 8.2 of the gems you linked above).
2 Talent points to replace 8 gems? Not too shabby.
Edit: Since it's not getting through:
Read the tooltip:
Accurate Ametrine
-- Note: +10
Expertise Rating
(+1.2
Expertise
)
Now read this one:
Primal Precision
-- Note: +10
Expertise
(+82
Expertise Rating
)

No.

But hey... thats my problem I wont burden you with it.
Thank you.
I don't generally flame much (go ahead and scan my post history while you're bored, dig up some fun dirt from my noob days); but I also hate when people present bad information as if its fact, especially when giving advice to a new player!
However, even my posts to you in this thread aren't necessarily "flaming" -- you were wrong and I corrected you, perhaps slightly impolitely, but hopefully someone gets something out of it -- you did at least.
