well..
I would buy the chest first as it's not going to break a 4pc set with it, but than again u need more than 120 that way.
Get shoulders first save up for the chest by the time u can buy these u might have looted VoA pieces.
From the 5 pieces im not going to buy the legs, im aiming on looting
Festergut's leg's
and eventually the
hard mode version
. (wowhead does not has the HC item yet)
it beats the t10 legs, or u can try and make the
tailoring legs
.
So basicly my planing for emblems is 4pc of t10 Chest >shoulders>Head>Gloves (hopes on a lucky voa drop).
This is my plan and more i dont need or want, cloak isnt that good and looting the cloak in ToC25 or Ony25 or even the toc10 hc tribute cloak is better. Trinkets are bad and still hopeing to get lucky on anub's trinket (u has it :) ) +
gunship trinket
(p.s. why i link 10 man gear, 10 man guild not pugging ICC25)

The consensus will probably be to get the chest first (to not break 4pc T9) and then the shoulders since itemization is same as T9. The one piece not used will either be gloves or legs.

I would skip the legs and try to get
http://www.wowhead.com/?item=50056
The hit on them is actually needed if we going to get the best out of the rest of the gear, I think. This is based on all loot from bosses in Icc except for Lich king.

Since there hasn't been a full loot table established yet it's hard to say but from what is available I hear the legs are the piece to use an offset. They are pretty soaked in hit which to me means, don't get! :D
Cept the lich king's loot all is know, only not on wowhead.
mmo has the list of items.
