only a couple guilds in the world have downen yogg
also ulduar was intended to be hard they dident want people to clear it in a week and get it on farm then get bored and leave the game until the next patch

You have a point Dobbel.
But then again, Vashj and Kaelthas are final bosses.
Razorscale is far from it.
Comparing them is a bit weird.
I'm glad Blizz stepped it up, Naxx has always been too easy, but I think they cranked it up to 11 when 10 would've sufficed.

Take it easy guys, read his post carefully. I see nowhere in there that he is complaining, no "whaa it too haaard" He's asking if this is the normal pace of progression because he doesn't have experience with previous raiding...sheesh let the guy ask a simple question without getting slammed. If you'd never raided before and went from naxx faceroll to ulduar you'd find it a little shocking too..the same way people might have felt going from prince to the high king pull....
To attempt to answer your question, this is actually a somewhat softer jump than previous expansion/vanilla had and yes your team should be able to progress with it just fine if you stick together, don't worry and don't let the guys that are jumpy from having only a beginner raid to work on in the game for a while freaking out at anyone they think might be suggesting that uldar is 'hard' :)

A good example is Vault of Archavon -
Archavon is a loot pinata. Run in, near tank n' spank, epics. This represents the mentaility of the majority of bosses pre-Ulduar. Exceptions being Malygos, Sapph, and OS+2 or +3.
Emalon is not a loot pinata. Run and tank? Not gonna work, you need more strategy. This represents what I think Ulduar is going to be like.
EDIT: Clarity

In my opinion they have got it just right. Of course there are the elitist jerks out there who come here and say "It's too easy" but I think the vast majority of players are happy to have a challenge again - I know I am.
For the record, my guild have done 25 man - Lootathon, Razorscale, XT and Iron Council, so we are not hardcore but we have made some decent progress the first week and we are all loving it - the fun of new content, working out our own strategies, wiping, and eventually some new loot :)
To the OP: basically Naxx was a walk in the park compared to the entry level raid in TBC (Karazhan) so anything after it is going to feel harder, but just stick at it and you will progress because I don't think Ulduar is as relatively hard as SSC/TK was when they were released.

I think they could have made at least the first 3-4 bosses slightly easier. I remember being able to do the first few bosses in places like Molten Core, Kara, even the first few Naxx wings without that much issue. It seems like a lot of groups are hitting a hard wall in fighting any boss right after Flame Leviathan. At least if you can down a few bosses, you can work on gear and try the harder ones in Ulduar. Ulduar reminds me of BWL, having to get the coordination and gear to get past the first few bosses. Razorgore and Vael in BWL was really a check on level of skill and gear of the group.

"Working as intended."
If you think it's too hard, blame all the flamers for QQing about naxx.
WoW wasn't designed for the "mom and pop" guilds to have BIS gear. That's
suppoesed
to be for the elite that play all the time and coordinate to better their game play. So far, TBH, the first wing(at least up to xt-002) isn't all that hard. It's just a matter of getting your raid to stop watching Cheers and Mash reruns while raiding and actually
playing
the game.
If you can't clear anything past flame leviathan, either read up on strategies or go back to naxx. Oh, and have your WHOLE raid go watch the fights on youtube.
