I can see not being able to trade with ppl from other realms (similar to battlegrounds now), so the ability to pay-off the other members will be greatly limited in the form of gold or items...

i doubt it.they'll probably make a way to trade with people from other realms cuz of the cross realm lookingforgroup thing
but the cross realm looking for group thing is something i actually like that blizzard is doing so im not gonna hate on that
They specifically state in a recent blog here on Wowhead that groups formed via LFD will work the same way as battleground groups - no trading allowed. They even implemented a special disenchant system so that you don't have to trade items to the enchanter to get them sharded.

Also, with the inclusion of cross-realm-instancing in the dungeon system, there will be restrictions on trading items similar to the restrictions that are currently active in Battlegrounds. If the Dungeon System is used to complete a group for a dungeon then non-temporary items will not be able to be traded in the instance. This makes it so items like enchanting materials will not be able to be traded in the dungeon and using the new user interface option will be the only way to distribute disenchants.

Is this any different than joining a PuG and having the leader kick you for some inane reason? Yes, it's less common when he has to get the rest of the group to agree.

for giving me another reason why not to pug
"Vote Kick
Players who use the system to find additional random members for their party will be afforded a couple of extra conveniences to help them perform well. The loot option is fixed to the updated Need Before Greed option (and unalterable by any member) and players can vote to remove another party member from the group. It will take four votes in order to remove someone, however, so consider this newfound power carefully. "
oh,and if you confused i can already see this being a problem.i can foresee people paying retards gold to kick certain people.thus creating drama
Dude the LFD tool is probably the best thing to come out of WoW since 2004.
1. Extremely easy to get a group for a heroic now.
2. It stops people from being ninjas by limiting what a person can roll need on.
3. Tons of emblems for easy gear.
4. Is this any different than joining a PuG and having the leader kick you for some inane reason? Yes, it's less common when he has to get the rest of the group to agree.
What Loki said. Its more Survivor like where the majority decides instead of a stupid group leader.

lol; First off, usually when the pug raid leader monitors your dps and it is under 2k, or 3k in most raids. He will simply ask you to leave after one failed attempt.
People in raids offer me gold for the epic that I've won, NOT to the raid leader to kick someone out.
Besides its the raid leader's judgement in terms to form the good pug raid. There is no drama creating nor it is required.
Over all this OP's post is vague and un thankfully sarcastic..I have no idea where this is going. =\

and no one will give a crap, seriously, people will always complain about something, so to say that a post MIGHT be made complaining about it is just stupid.

rofl get 4 friends in a pug and ta-da!
If you "get 4 friends", it's not much of a Pick Up Group, now is it? And if you just want to 4-man a dungeon, go 4-man a dungeon... Why bother using LFD to find a random person to join you, just to vote kick them?
You can't use vote-kick if you don't randomly add at least 1 person via the LFD tool, so there won't be any "Hey, let's invite Bobzrozrotwo to and then vote kick him, teehee!", because you can't. Unless you happen to get that person randomly via LFD. From all players in LFD at the time that are looking for that dungeon. In your entire battlegroup. So, no.
