W00t! Moar buffz Pl0x! Although I am bummed about the change to an iconic shaman spell, this is defintely a buff. Now I can shock my target without worrying about it putting my interrupts on a 6 second cooldown.

You can macro Wind Shear into Earth Shock if you want it to feel like the old version. Granted, that removes your any-time interrupt...
