Resto Trinket Dilemma

I realized this morning while trying to clean up my bank that I've begun collecting trinkets. I have 5 to choose from for my resto set, and I haven't got a clue which ones I should keep.
Soul of the Dead
Majestic Dragon Figurine
Ancient Pickled Egg
Embrace of the Spider
Tears of the Vanquished
Mana regen seems to only be a problem when I'm in 5 mans because I tend to over-heal the hell out of the tank.
Any ideas on which trinkets to use? Not how to heal, no body dies so I'm perfectly happy with the way I heal.

None of the above is really awesome for healing. Dragon Figurine is one of the best mana trinkets you can get but it's just that, mana regen and not much else (well, a minor SP gain).
Druids also don't really want to stack int too much so the Tears aren't awesome either. Crit rating isn't too good for us which makes Soul of the Dead bad. And you should be haste capped from gear which makes the proc on Egg / Spider basically useless.
I'd go with egg + spider for the normal set. Not perfect and the proc is kind of wasted but at least you get 100 spellpower each. And keep the dragon in the back pocket in case you ever run into mana issues.

Resto isn't my main talent tree so I get the leftovers. Thanks though!

I didn't mean to insinuate that I don't know how to heal. I've been resto healing since Vanilla WoW. I just threw out the mana comment so that it could be taken into consideration when picking a trinket.
Thank you though Fatty :D You did forget to mention Wild Growth though. The easiest way to heal the entire group without taking your target off the tank.

Actually, Addons like Grid+Clique, Healbot or VuhDo are probably the easiest way to do that. ;)

Fattybear, I think you gave some bad advices.
Remember that
Lifebloom
is your friend. In dungeons, many resto druids practice what is called life rolling. Stack
Lifebloom
to 3 then refresh it just as it's about to run out. Does people actually still roll lifebloom? I only do it on fights were the tank take really heavy damage (and of course when OoC proccs). Rolling LB is not a good advice in this case, since its very manaconsuming, and the only problem the OP have seems to be mana.
If you're low on spell power you may also throw
Rejuvenation
on the tank.
Rejuvenation is the best HoT we have. Dont use it IF you have low spellpower, ALWAYS use it. Add regrowth and nourish to keep the tank up, and Wild growth + rej (swiftmend if needed) to groupheal.
About the trinkets. The OP have problems with mana.
Majestic Dragon Figurine
Tears of the Vanquished
This combo should give the best regen, even though Tears of the Vanquished doesnt add any SP for druids, it has some great mana-proccs.
For a more balanced trinketcombo replace Tears of the Vanquished with
Ancient Pickled Egg
or
Embrace of the Spider
and keep the Majestic Dragon Figurine

Lifebloom isn't necessarily bad advice, it's just not always the best. It can be mana consuming. But then again it also makes healing well geared groups really easy.
LBx3+Wild Growth, be bored for 6.5 seconds, Refresh LB+Wild Growth, be bored for 6.5 seconds...rinse and repeat :D

Healing the tank in well geared groups with LB-rolls is still a bad idea IMO.
Id rather go with Regrowth + Rejuvenation on the tank, and WG for the group. It heals for 90% of the amout of HPS rolling 3xLB does (only counting the hot-part of regrowth) wich should be more then anough. Its muuuuch cheaper, and you dont have to refresh dots every 6.5secs, so more time for chatting/jumping around/dpsing/whatever.

Any ideas?
Minimize your overhealing to save some mana?
Overhealing is not an issue as long as you have the mana for it, but since you dont: learn to conserve your mana. Dont throw everything you got at the tank and group/raid at all times. Learn the fights = heal WHEN NEEDED.
-Get an addon to track your
OoC
-proccs, and only cast LB when it proccs (even if nobody needs healing at the time). It saved you the cost of the spell, but you still gain the mana back when it blooms = 490 mana for free
-Get a headpiece with metasocket for a
Insightful Earthsiege Diamond
(the best metagem as long as you have manaissues)
-If you are a tailorer use:
Darkglow embroidery
-Use trinkets with the best regen-output possible, dont bother with SP etc if you need regen (since you overheal allready). Get other SP-heavy trinkets for fight when heavy healing is needed, but if its not, go with regen-trinkets.

You missed the whole point of the post. It was for ideas on which trinket to use. I know
why
I have mana issues, I overheal the tank. I'm ok with that.

Don't know, fixing the problem (tank overheal) should be better than compensating about it. Healing in 5-mans shouldn't be problematic in terms of mana compared to raids, even without all the buffs.
As such, unless all of the tanks and dps are severely undergeared, i can't say that i understand well why you'd be in such a situation.
(guild runs, i usually put 1 LB and 1 Rejuv per pack, pug runs i do resort to Regrowth and maybe 1-2 Nourishes but that's generally it. For bosses, guild tanks require same healing than pug tanks on trashes and pug tanks become even more involved, but not to the point where i'd have any mana problems, and even then there's still innervate)

No I didnt miss the point of the post, I answered your trinketquestion. Twice actually

Yes I also gave some other tips about how to save mana, since "I-want-to-overheal-alot-but-need-more-mana-for-it, what-trinkets?" is just a little dumb. Learning to be a better healer should do more for you then swiching trinkets.

I didn't pay attention who had written the reply above the reply to which I had responded. Thank you for answering the question in that one. Dare I say then at that point there was no need for the 2nd one?

I never said I
wanted
to overheal, I simply said that I overheal the tank in over geared 5 man groups. Where, quite frankly...its an
overgeared 5 man group
, I could run around with NO mana and the group would succeed. Which brings me right back to not caring about the fact that I'm overhealing it. Once again, I've been healing since Vanilla WoW, I healed in BC, and I've healed Naxx, Uld, And ToC. How to heal is not my issue.
Learning to be a better healer should do more for you then swiching trinkets.
No matter what argument you might have about my healing style, it still came down to the fact that all I needed to know was which trinket to use.
