All mana regen talents from the druid trees are quite good and very important for PvE purposes since mana for long fights can be a big problem.
To give some numbers :
- dreamstate should account for ~40 mp5 non- raid buffed '~400 int)
- intensity should account for ~50-60 mp5 non-raid buffed (depending on your +spirit gear obviously).
As for talent repartition : I'm of the opinion that Force of Nature, Celestial focus, Subtlety and Improved Faery Fire are "optionnal talents". ie usefull talents, but that you can switch around depending on preference. I've ordered them from PvP friendly to raid friendly (though the trees are a threat free source of damage that can be interesting in some PvE encounters).
I'd ditch celestial focus for Dreamstate, and then it's your choice between Subtlety and iFF.
@Genis : Nature's Grasp points cannot be reallocated, we need to waste 3 points in "useless" talents (more or less, but i guess that's the common view on Control of Nature/Nature's Grasp/Brambles for PvE purposes) in order to unlock higher tier talents.

If you are wanting a spec strictly for raiding, I would agree with the above posters.
You will want Dreamstate. Lose Force of Nature and Improved Nature's Grasp and pick up Dreamstate. Keep your points in Intensity and you could even move some points from Celestial Focus over to Subtlety if threat is a problem for you.
I agree with the above poster that Celestial Focus is certainly "optional" for raid spec.
There are a couple of points you can play around with for sure. In the lower sections of the tree you have to waste a few points...I suggest putting them in Brambles if for no other reason to put thorns on your tank...the damage can really add up in long fights.
Other than those suggestions your spec looks good. Have fun, enjoy Moonkin!
