Anyone one of them that knew what they were doing would be fine for me.

Resto Shaman
OR
Priest.
Why? Resto Shamans bring bloodlust, and are rather rare on my server. 2+ Priest are REQUIRED in Naxx to control the initiates, so you can EASILY find a group. Priests also bring Sexy buffs.

Druids bring MotW and Thorns, Paladins bring an aura and a blessing, 2+ Priests are 'required' in
-25- naxx
.
There is no superior healer, only a superior player.

MoTW and Thorns aren't that great, Paladins weren't part of the OPs question and if you are planning on Pugging Naxx 25 priests are simply required.
Did you even read the OPs post? He asked what healers would be more easily accepted into a raid. In my personal experience on my server, Priests and Shamans are MUCH more widely accepted over Druids and Paladins. ATM, Paladins are a disease (there are more Pallys than DKs, lets put it that way) and Druids simply aren't favored.

I would like to point out that you're wrong, there are not more Paladins than DKs:

Now, glancing back at the OP like a good little poster, what a raiding guild would look for depends on what they already have. For instance, my guild (when I raided) was severely short on priest healers, but my brother's guild.. he's their only druid healer (100+ members)

Its according to where I run. Heroics I couldn't care less.
Raids (in order of what I would rather have in them)
EOE: Druid, Priest, Shaman, Pally
OS: Shaman, Druid, Priest, Pally
Naxx: Priest, Shaman, Druid, Pally
VOA: Pally, Priest, Shaman, Druid
Ulduar: not sure yet.
The Reasoning behind this is.
EOE: Druids have lots of hots good for vortex priests has a hot shamans are raid healers pally single heals
OS: Shaman and Druids are mega multi healers and can heal those that always get hit by the wave priest and pallies good to but they fall below shams and druids
Naxx: for above reasons priest is first
VOA: 2 tanks geting hit on alot Pallies rule at single target heals priests can throw the renews on dps and big heal as well

Does the fact that I got within a hairswidth of Undying on Naxx10 with just 2 pally healers (A warlock screwed up on the safety dance, otherwise we probably had it), throw a wrench into your opinion, or just re-affirm my skill+gear > class argument?
By the way, having priest healers as your only priests on Instructor Razuvius could lead to issues if your other healers are even slightly undergeared.

I'm a troll now because I discussed ideas related to the OP, rather than just answering the OP's question with a single word and walking away lol postcount++? Ok I admit this post in itself is VERY trolly, so I actually am going to leave this thread alone.
