Way to say something useful.
Anyway, he may have gotten it hacked that many times because they virus/keylogger/whatever may be in something he does normally and may have been doing before he ever played WoW, and doesn't suspect it contains malware, the thing is, if you have a daily routine there are just too many things that could be the possible cause to automatically know which one it is (though, after the second time I would have investigated)....

Mine was hacked once. I learned from that and made sure I installed decent anti-virus, use CCleaner, MalwareBytes, and ponied up the $6.50 for an authenticator. It is a real pain and kinda sad to see your account that you may have many hours invested go down the crapper so I intend to keep mine safe this time around. After cleaning out all the new toons the hacker created I confirmed that my was used in gold selling. Not sure if mine was just to launder gold, bot and farm gold, or somehow used to hack other accounts (not sure how it all works) but there were a number of new toons that were created on various servers and they were all guild masters and in the guild banks they had setup all of them had gold logs that showed transaction involving 10's of thousands of gold. Of course there was none left when I got my account back...lol...not sure if Blizzard empties that out or not before restoring an account, but how awesome would it have been to get the account back and find a toon that had 30 or 40k in gold...lol
