i read that FoL spam is the main way to go but all the libram from badges are all aimed towards to holy light whch is the best one to get?
Wait, what? Whatever post you read was from over a year ago. HL all the way, and Libram of Renewal is your friend.
In fact, FoL spam is all good for HCs (except some bosses like Black Knight or Loken) and to be honest is also a spammable button in any raid you over-gear at least a bit, especialy if you have the PvP libram.

is it best to straight gem for +int for now?Yes. Intellect is always best for a holy pally. Always.
what is a good +crit chance to aim for?Whatever you end up with. Never actively attempt to raise your crit. It will happen with gear.
any other advice that the noob holy pally needs to know will be appreacated and any other tweeks that need to be made.
There's two main pieces to healing: one is objective, which is gear; the other is subjective, which is knowing when to use which spells on which players.
----------------
Gearing is broken down twice more: Throughput and Sustainability. Throughput is how much HPS you can put out on a target that needs infinite healing, sustainability is how long you can keep that up. Paladins are different from other classes in that throughput comes naturally to them. If there was a target that could soak up all the healing a HL spamming pally sent its way, no other class could keep up. The problem with paladins is sustainability. Since you will be spamming a spell that costs over a thousand mana almost nonstop, your mana will be an issue. Because of this, you will need mp5. The thing about mp5, however, is that most of the mana regen you will have is from Illumination and Divine Plea, both of which are powered by intellect. Intellect actually gives more mana regen than mp5 does, point for point.
As far as throughput stats are concerned, haste is the only stat that provides a tangible increase to effective throughput. Because HL heals are so huge, most of the healing will go to overheal, which is why many pallies do more overhealing than effective healing. Adding more spellpower or more crit will just make you overheal more, since chances are your target wont need the extra healing. With haste, however, you have the option to use the additional throughput you gain an another target; one that needs the healing. It also gives the target a chance to get hit again, so you can give another heal when it's actually needed.
So, Intellect is the most important stat, because it is the best stat for sustainability. Haste is next, as it's really the only throughput stat. After these two come mp5 and crit. Crit, which has been mainly a sustainability stat for a long time, is no longer superior to mp5 after the nerf to Illumination. However, it can provide throughput, especially in brutal tank healing fights like Algalon or Northrend Beasts Hard phase 1. Which of these you take is a subjective matter. Spellpower comes in last, but there's never really a point where you can choose to not take spellpower.
Intellect > Haste > mp5/crit > spellpower (Within reason, of course. 63 spellpower to weapon is still better than the BC intellect enchant in almost every case)
------------------
And now back to the beginning. The other half of healing is the subjective bit. I can only help with some of this because it's mainly up to the player to find something that appeals to him or her. I will tell you, however, that HL should be your most used spell. If you come to rely too much on FoL, it will let you down when it comes time to win or lose. HS is something of a hot topic. It's not very mana-effective, but when it crits, it increases the crit chance of HL by 20%, which can be a huge mana saver over the long run if you use it on cooldown (assuming you're in a situation where constant healing is needed, not a heroic).
Always Beacon the player that will be taking the most damage (usually the main tank), unless youre in a situation where there's a player that absolutely must live (I can't think of anything like this off the top of my head, although I've encountered the situation before). Never heal the beacon target, unless it's to put up the FoL HoT.
That's pretty much everything I could think of, I hope some of this helps you or someone browsing these forums with the same questions.
EDIT: After looking at your armory, get rid of that spirit gem and the spirit trinket. Spirit does literally nothing for a paladin. Icewalker is a better boot enchant than 7 mp5 in basically every situation. Switch out glyph of FoL for glyph of BoL, or possibly glyph of HS if you use it religiously. A helm with a meta, even if it was an ilvl 184 blue, would be better than the helm youre currently using. Always use Insightful Earthsiege (intellect/mana restore proc), and socket 16 or 20 intellect in every socket regardless of color, depending on your budget, except in a single blue socket, where you put an int/mp5 gem, and a single red socket, where you put an int/spellpower gem. Choose the best socket bonus for each color and use that one.
Hey mate, thanks for this huge information flood. I'm too gearing holy pally after being ret, and this info, specially about the stas, is golden. Thank you so much.
