From what i've tested so far, feral is the best for levelling. Get strength / agility gear and go kittymeow stuff to death.
In terms of professions, I'd assume your druid is on the same faction/server as your priest? If so, look into professions that match up with your priest's. If you plan to pvp, the crafting profs won't be of much use, so go gathering.

I would suggest having either herbalism/skinning, or mining/skinning while leveling as this will offset the money issue. Plus if you have friends that have alchy or LW, then you can easily get the mats for them to make the gear or pots you can use with out having to worry about leveling up a crafting profession yourself.
For gear while leveling, since you plan on going resto at lvl 70 for arena's, the quest reward/random instance loot you get, as well as what you might be able to get LW's to make for you will be fine.
Spec wise, deffinitely go feral, get gear with stamina and agility for kitty dps, unless you plan on tanking any of the instances while leveling then get some strength (a little bit). It can be frustrating up until level 20 when you get kitty form and start tearing through things, but once past that little hump it is pretty smooth. Oh and OL for a druid is like disneyworld and treasure island all rolled into one. Enjoy your druid, I know I did :)
