The best way to think about the Chimera+aimed+SrS glyph combo shot rotation is
chimXaimXXX
Aimed IS the more important shot over arcane, but because arcane has a 6 second CD and BOTH chimera and aimed have essentially 9s CDs with these glyphs, these 3 shots can't jive together in the priority of most damaging.
So make sure you keep ChimXaimXXX going all the time and let the arcanes and steadies and even kill shot fall into the "offbeat" X spots.
The kill shot glyph can absolutely outperform the aimed shot glyph on some fights, if you don't use it (i've decided not to) make sure you save your second cooldown of readiness for after Kill Shot becomes active so that you get them back to back...this pushes the time needed for the KS glyph to outperform the steady and aimed shot glyphs back some and is another reason the Chimera+aimed+SrS glyph combo underperforms on the spreadsheet
PS. After a certain amount of attack power, the percentage increases to your dps from cooldown reductions will be better for you then a straight increase to attack power (150 from the HM glyph)...Though I'm not sure what the cuttoff AP is.

Like a lot of these posts have said, I find that it's hard to pin a roation to any spec really. The priority system is for the most part, how it is for Hunters.
Serpent Sting > Chimera > Aimed > Arcane > Steady
Apply SrS to the target. Chimera should refresh it on most fights where you can constantly dps the boss so you'll never have to worry about it again. Nex would be Chimera since it's out most damaging ability. Use it whenever it's off cooldown. Aimed comes next, then arcane, and finally, if all of your other shots are on cooldown, Steady Shot.
As for Glyphs, I tend to agree that Chimera, Aimed, and Steady are the ways to go. Kill Shot
can
be great, but it's very situational, especially since the last 20% of a boss is usually the quickest because of classes having hard hitting abilities such as Kill Shot. Honestly, I see it more of a PvP glyph, just with decent use in PvE.

Shoot Chimera right after Serpent Sting. Chimera will instantly do a big pile of damage (adding in the total amount of the combined damage ticks of Serpent) and refreshes the DoT so it's ticking while you're shooting.
There's no reason to wait with Chimera, doing so only lowers your dps. And be sure to have the Serpent Sting glyph.
