It all depends on the tank, that's all i can say.
If your Dpsers are good in CC, it helps too, having less mobs to tank and to control makes the fight
a lot easier. I found that an hunter is very helpful with traps, especially with the nasty rogues around! (they basically oneshot clothies -.-)
My offspec gear is mostly ilevel 226, and i managed to heal it without any problem, your gear is very good compared to mine so i doubt healing is an issue.
Best group composition for me is:
Pala/Druid tank
DK/Pala DPS
Survival Hunter (with improved traps)
Shadow Priest (shackle)
Me (resto shaman) as healer
I'm very excited about these new instances, they bring CC back to life finally! I was missing my old Shattered Halls back when you had to cc a lot ^^

I can imagine this place is hell for a Random PuG. Even for runs with guildies when I know everyone is competent and puts out huge numbers, I have found the best strat is to stand in corner in one of the alcoves the 2 main bosses are in. You can completely LoS all the mobs from there. You make them come to you, then the tank can actually TANK all of them and you can dps them down. We tend to go Priest -> Rogue -> Mage -> Hunter -> Warrior (Not their actual names, obviously). Works pretty well and makes it a LOT less painful.
Your gear level is fine with it. If you have a group that is standing in the middle, you almost have to CC some of the mobs or have a very good tank. There's just too much ^&*! going on in that first room.
Won't spoil the rest of the instance for anybody, but any tank will do on the second half and damage isn't terrible if people watch where they are standing.

First boss/trash fight-
Jump on top the pedestal frostmourne is on. Stay there as much as possible. Tremor Totem does not affect the fear on the first boss.

I just did H HoR this morning and learned a few things after wiping several times on the first boss.
1. Tremor Totem does NOT work on the 1st Boss' fear. Don't bother to drop it.
2. Keep Cleansing Totem out. The only time you should use Cleanse Spirit is to remove curses. Let the totem worry about poisons and diseases otherwise you're wasting global cooldowns when you should be putting more heals out.
3. Forget Chain Heal. omglolwut? Yeah, thats right. I found spamming LHW on each party member much more efficient. With your Riptides going out, taking advantage of Tidal Waves is amazing here. When the debuffs start stacking even more (reducing healing to ~70%), replace LHW with Healing Wave. Just continuously spam it on each individual party member. Don't stop casting. Keep Riptide on cooldown.
Tips 2 & 3 also applies to the last encounter (escaping the LK) as well. It also ensures that every party member gets Ancestral Healing. Especially nice if you have a mage in your party buffing you with Focus Magic.
Once I started using that strategy, we got through the instance without wiping again. I won't say it's easy (not just yet) but it sure is fun and challenging. Good luck.

Just have the whole group hide behind the grooves next to the bosses, forcing all of the caster adds to have to run to you first.
Enjoy your loot.

The thing that gets most healers are the mercenaries, they dont work with the los strategy, at least on heroic. The mercs head straight to the healer and a tank needs to taunt it away.
If you can, try to make your next run with a pali tank and a good hunter, it will trivialize the fight. For additional ezmode, try a fire resist totem and grounding totem for the mages and bring a DK and a rogue. This would be the ideal composition for this instance.
Good luck!
I recommend for anyone that has not done it yet, do FoS, PoS and HoR in one sitting, it's like a miniraid, good fun.

Wind Shear and Grounding Totem make the fight stupid easy on either normal or heroic. Your only concern besides is the priest on normal, and the mage on heroic. Everything else should be taken care of. End casts late with shear, block ones you can't with grounding
Liberal application of RT+LHW + YES, Chain heal, and the fight is cake. Done in 200/215 epics with a pally tank.

Required totems... cleansing/grounding.
First boss is a dps race because you don't want the healing debuff to build to high. Bloodlust off the start, if a dps dies then at least you got there bloodlust boost before they died. Heal the tank but really push the dps'ers life up before that fear hits. Hold your instacast natures swiftness/tidal force until you have some problems healing between fears. That boost then will really help. Riptide/chainheal change focus Riptide/chainheal if you most have melee. The tank can take alot from the boss... so make sure your life is always up, no healer, no living party.
If you use bloodlust on this boss, then it should be back for the last wall on the escape part.
And good luck! I had a crapload of wipes in this before I started having successful runs!

Reiterating here as well - Focusing down the waves is harder than your job healing. Odds are, you can do a fine job healing but if the DPS don't focus - and interrupt - the waves won't go down and things will go to hell in a handbag. Urge your tank to put his or her foot down and get it done right.
Casters - Ranged - Melee.
Cleansing totem. Grounding totem. Tremor doesn't work against the boss, but so long as you make sure to keep everyone at 75% or so, the fear isn't a issue.
