Since there have been a ton of answers, very few of which even somewhat relate to your question, I will try to stick to the topic at hand. First thing is you have gemmed and enchanted to be over the defense cap, which is 540 ( you are at 550). You could change the gems to straight stamina, or some parry/dodge, the extra def is doing you no good. You can also easily change the back enchant from 16 def to agility of haste. Also its really up to you, but you might think about changing your meta to Austere Earthsiege Diamond.
Either way, I would let you tank for me anyday. As a general rule, I always consider anyone who has the Undying title as someone who knows what they are doing.

To tell you the truth I really don't think I suck at all and tanking pretty much everything else I'm fine, Adds on Freya, Adds on Auriya(spelling), etc. its the stupid rumblers that give me problems only because they just run through the consecrate and don't even take a lick of damage. Sometimes I can AvShld + Hammer the other half and they still run through me.
Nothing I can really do but taunt and hope it works or wait for CD as they rape face. To be honest our dps does jump the gun and starts aoeing as soon as they drop.
The biggest thing that bugs me though is the fact that DK's with DnD and Warriors with there Thunder Clap can generate better snap threat then a Paly with its Consecrate. its pretty pathetic, we used to be the epiphony of AoE Threat tanks, now its a matter of did my hammer or shield hit the right targets or did it not, if not well hopefully your taunts are off CD.
You know idk what it is, pings low, FPS is high 40+, addon memory usage low, etc. But its still a pain in the ass, I wait until Right arm is almost dead drop my consecrate right where they spawn a little bit closer towards the raid not by yards but just a fraction closer so if they spawn they spawn in it and run through it. I AvShld one side and HotR the other side + the consecrate and its still not enough. I very rarely miss, and when I do I try and pick them up as quickly as possible through taunts and other distance threat abilities when they are up. Idk. I've had several pally tanks come in on our raids that are pro's at it, and they say what I'm doing is right.
Guild Motto "Go big or go home" in essence our GM has stated DPS hard from start to finish. But what people don't realize is you can still DPS hard, but you have to do it smart and not jump the gun. All proven in TBC and Pre-TBC.. you can do it but you have to be smart with your dps.
Now a days nobody watches threat meters, nobody pays attention to slow down dps, nobody pays attention to anything but Recount/WWS/etc and their numbers.. Did I heal high, did I get that dps i was looking for. They're just dumb about it.
To be honest I like the idea about Go Big or Go Home, but you have to establish threat first before that happens, if they give a pally tank, hell any tank for that matter even just 1-2 seconds on the adds while they are still on the boss dpsing, they can switch over and annihilate them, cause once you've got a couple things off there stuck to you for life. They just seem to jump the gun.

Then that's probably something you should be addressing the guild/GM with, especially if they're blaming you for the wipe (or problems generally).
I think we still are the definition of an AoE tank (had a horrible Warrior tank in DTK last night - couldn't hold aggro on mobs that he wasn't targeting, to the extent that my Divine Storm + Seal of Martyr was pulling them off), but AoE has generally meant to mean 5 pull, rather than Army of the Dead style pull. Granted, we're probably better at that too - if it makes you feel any better, I don't think any DK or Warrior or Druid would be any better at dealing with your DPS'ing guild than you are.

I don't mean like we suck at aoe tanking, yes were still good, but unless we have the aggro were somewhat useless until Taunt CD's are up. where as other classes if they know what there doing can just do a couple moves have enough threat that the dps can start up there thing right away and all they gotta do is white dmg tab white dmg tab kinda thing. prob not that simple but you get the point. lol.
idk yeah as kologarns down this week I'll have to try it next week and see.
I'm game for whatever suggestions you guys might have, cause i'm tired of having fingers pointed at me when its not just me its everything about that situation. Becuase every other fight, I have no problems.

Huzzah. I've stepped in and am able to see your problem quite easily friend. In fact it's rather obvious. You don't wear ANY threat gear. All of your gear is survivability oriented. In reality tanks do need hit and especially expertise for threat generation purposes once they reach block cap. Which with proc's you are. You see hit effects a lot of moves most of us protection paladins don't think of, such as the first tick of concencrate, AoE Hammer of Righteousness, and other moves.
I would say you should try to reach around seven percent hit, or eight for hit cap, and twenty seven expertise which will push dodge off the boss table. My prot paladin usually pulls between nine and ten k threat with those stats and my gear is not quite on par with yours. Also if you do not use the six/nine tanking rotation I would advise it.
Hope this helps :D.

And its 969 rotation not 696 =P
but yeah I'm using that, and nothing is ever off except for when I don't drop a consecrate in lou of getting Sacred Shield reapplied then I just do that in consecrates place and then start the rotation again and then do consecrate as normal.
Hit could be better, just trying to figure out how I'm gonna get there with gems without hurting any other stat.
Well I'll see what I can do tonight.

regemmed a little for hit, as I only had 152, definately made a good improvement on the threat, basically need to pickup some gear with hit and I can get rid of the hit gems for something else.
