The captain's call was heard on the lower decks as well, and the buccaneers there were all too happy to comply. Or, more accurately, try to, since the only reliable route of escape lay in the stairs leading above. They fled and Ohrmuzd butchered, howling with bitter disappointment at an absence of even token resistance. He grew more accustomed to the weight of the Corpse Eater in his hand with each life he took, and for any who might observe him it would seem that the Harmonic Armament became an extension of his arm rather than just a tool. Still, his might was not growing quite at the same rate now, compared to the first ship - a significant portion of reaped power was diverted to heal his wounds, minor yet numerous.
A cabin boy was hiding behind a stack of boxes, waiting for a chance to bolt to safety. His breathing was labored and his heart thumped fast from the overwhelming dread. When it seemed that the demon of death that had descended upon his fellow pirates wandered off to seek survivors further near the stern, the freebooter sprung to his feet and made a beeline towards the exit.
He made it, it seemed. The sun's rays washed over his face, and he narrowed his eyes, so bright was the day. A soft exhale of relief escaped from his mouth - and then he felt a yank at his ankle. Heat blossomed in his chest and he sensed his legs no longer. The buccaneer's head dropped limply and the last thing he saw before his vision darkened was the crimson-colored blade jutting out of his chest.

"Makes sense. Do you have a pen and a piece of paper here somewhere?" Jastiel asked.
Character
: Vargariel Chandaris
Location
: Desolace
Vargariel finally located the priestess, and found her occupied by a menial task. It was proper to relieve her of this burden, but simply coming up without a warning might startle her - and earn him a dagger in his chest. He stopped at a respectful distance and called out, "Revered one, I have fortunate news."

With another crack Richard reappeared outside the Shrine of Seven Stars and looked at the shrine before him. "Wow." He said in wonder looking up.
"About time you showed up."
He heard a voice say in his mind and looked around not seeing anyone looking at him.
"Up here."
The voice said and he looked up to see Salena leaning over the railing on the upper level of the shrine looking down at him.
"What are you doing here?" He asked as he started to climb the stairs.
"I was in the neighborhood and thought you could use some help." She said.
"What about the shop?" He asked stopping beside her.
"Sasha's in charge for now." She said. "I think she's old enough to take over for awhile."

"Danger is one of the charms with adventure, no? And can you elaborate what one such as self is?" Lyshalis replied, unsure of what the blind druid thinks of her.

Kiran Hartford, Koran Lighthammer
Townlong Steppes
"You aren't actually considering this are you?" Kiran snarled at Koran as he paced. Once the Prince had left, only two Shado-Pan had remained to watch over the Sworn. "Work with her? I'd rather roll naked down the side of a mountain in the Searing Gorge."
"But if he needs help, aren't we obligated to assist?" Koran asked calmly, seated on the ground. "Besides, I'd rather not go back to Northrend just yet." He said, pulling out a knife and a block of wood and settling down to whittle as they talked.
"I'd rather be anywhere then here with her around." Kiran growled.

The sun was at its zenith in Northrend when Roltusk settled himself down at a local inn, disguised as a high elf and listening intently to the gossip around him.

Sitting in his apothecary, he studied the corpse of the 'lesser sha.' He flipped it over a gauged the magical abilities coming off of it. If only there was someway to harvest or control it! The mage sighed; this was going to take longer than he thought.
Character:

Location:
Booty Bay
The high elf settled herself into the chair with a small sigh. The inn was stuffy and crowded with smelly goblins and other assorted riff raff. But unfortunately for her, she was on the run and needed, by necessity alone, of course, to be among such unwashed people. The elf ordered a tall glass of Silvermoon's finest and picked the crystal glass cup up with a petite hand; magically testing it for poisons. Finding none, she took a small sip and wondered what trouble Mura was getting into.

Xander Greyfang
Townlong Stepps
Xander made his way around to an opening in the parameter around the camp, two of the 'Taurens' standing guard. This close, the Druid realized just how massive the bull-men were, easily a foot or more taller than any he had met before, and much more muscular.
One of them snorted, grabbing the attention of the other as they turned to watch Xander approach. "Hey there!" The human waved. "We just kinda, you know..." He scratched his head. "Crashed and washed ashore. I was kind of wondering if-"
The boy was suddenly cut off by a roar from one of the beasts. Gripping its weapon tight; the guard approached Xander threateningly.
"Now that's just rude." The druid commented, stepping back. Blinking, he realized the bull was still advancing on him. "You know... we'll just show ourselves out..." He suggested, motioning for Holly and Silver to back off as he stepped clear of them; still back peddling.
Snorting, the Yangoul lowered his shoulder; racing forward and roaring as it suddenly slammed into Xander.

"There we go. Ohrmuzd, get your- aw, crap," Jastiel sighed forlornly. He had gotten quite accustomed to using Ohrmuzd's broad back in lieu of a writing table. Grumbling and kicking at the carpet, the cryomancer sauntered towards the table and sat down. He began covering the paper with words, his handwriting slim and calligraphic. Though the situation was grim, he still put effort into drawing all the necessary swirls and loops to decorate the letters.

After a few minutes, the man detected the signature he was seeking. He approached what seemed to be an inn, where the signal originated from. With a final straightening of his hat, he opened the door. He spotted his employer sitting at a table, with what appeared to be a... blue haired elf?
The man raised an eyebrow, but otherwise his voice was unchanged as he approached and said, "Excuse me, Miss Liorahven?"
Character
: Vanitas Caligula
Location
: Nether
Vanitas assumed consciousness, but not corporeal shape. He did not know where his brother currently resided, but the connection between the members of their family was strong. They had sought each other many times through this method, however uncomfortable it might be for the one looking. Vanitas would have grimaced if he had a face. Unfortunately for him, it merely made the static screaming in his brain louder. So, with a final mental grunt, he opened his mind and began combing...
Azeroth was huge, and though he knew exactly what he was looking for, it still took mental hours (mere minutes in Azeroth's corporeal time) for him to determine that the signature he sought after wasn't on Azeroth at all. He let out a few choice curses and instead shifted his attention to the next most likely target: the Outland. This took far less time, as there were far fewer people.
Eventually, he discovered the person he was searching for: sitting alone in what appeared to be the Netherstorm. With a
fizz
, Vanitas vanished.
