Also what would my rotation be for trash? I have decent boss DPS but I dont know what do on trash :/
Thanks in advance

Being a main resto and offspec moonkin I'm not 100% sure what to do on trash... on the other hand I know what you should NOT do on trash where there are other pack/pats nearby:
Starfall
.

If you're dealing with more than 2 mobs, in most cases you will AoE... hurricane, starfall, typhoon. Otherwise just do your regular rotation.
As for your spec,
always
max-out Celestial Focus!

Typhoon is a decent AOE spell, but the knockback really @#$%es off tanks and wasting a glyph on it is not efficient. Get rid of that talent.
You have no regen talents. Intensity (resto tree) would be good to spec into.
Considering PvE calls for AoE a lot more than it used to, Typhoon is becoming a lot less situational, and getting the glyph allows for it to be used in even more situations where the knock-back would be bad (like Yogg and Sarth for example). It's hardly inefficient as none of the other minor glyphs really benefit you during actual PvE combat (the lone exception being Unburdened Rebirth).
As for Intensity, if the OP's dps gear is mostly quest rewards and such, then I would agree it will most likely be needed. But as soon as you get full epic gear you shouldn't ever have mana issues as long as you have Replenishment and use your Innervate wisely.

Typhoon
- I do not personally take it as my role in raids is very much not AoE, BUT it is still a very useful spell to have and you should determine for yourself if you really need the spell or if that point can be spent else where. Your new to booming 1 point is not going to hurt you so much that you can't take the time to decide for yourself if you want this spell or not. The glyph to remove knock back is a minor glyph and so it very much worth taking if you decide to keep this spell. If you chose not to glyph work with your tanks about when they feel most comfortable with you using this.
Gale Winds
- Another one I don't take anymore, and I miss it every time I'm not in a raid. These 2 points add
alot
of flexibility to a boomkin. AoE is still very much a large factor in raiding and not going with this should only really come if you have more then enough AoE from other teammates and you are trying to optimize as a whole for the raid (Which is the case for me or I'd snag these 2 points back in a heartbeat) A PvE spec need to be geared towards clearing an instance Bosses are only half of it.
Celestial Focus
- This is a very important 3 points for all boomkins out there. Take them :P
Owlkin Frenzy
- The mana regen from this is very small when considering how often this will proc in a fight. On fights that it does proc in you will at best see this pop up twice and at worse never. This is Primarily a PvP talent.
Intensity
- This is a very good talent for starting boomkins and 3 points in here should last you a very long time. Once you start getting better gear you can contemplate whether you need 3 point in here or not but at the start you will want 3.
Starfall
- This is a very good boss fight spell. It does a surprising amount of single target dps. When working on adds get comfortable with the range that this spell has, It's huge. Once your comfortable with it go ahead and use it every time it's up.
As for a good build to start with:
This one here is a very good starter
You don't have Typhoon in this build but you can easily trade for that point from Starfall while figuring out how to spec they way you feel best.

If you can controll starfall, then its a increase in both your boss and trash fights.... Using starfall on trash is tricky, but keeping a good range too other grps and it shouldnt be hard. Typhoon is just ignoring, bugging up your tanks and other dps. Alot of people hates it... only take it if you like to mess it all up....
Iam using this spec for Raiding atm....
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#0xRbuqIsczIVhRuZbxcub
This spec is from my opinion, a mix of aoe and single target. with only 1 point in natures reach, you may have agro problems when Starfire-eclipse procs. 3 points in Intensity, you will never go OOM, when you also got Inervate....
Works fine for me. As said earlier, it may be usefull to put another point into Natures reach...

For the record, it's also a pretty decent talent when you're leveling as Balance, especially with the newly-added mana regen.
I can believe that. My comments were directed towards the already 80 boomer. A lot of times you will see people taking PvP talents while leveling since they do need to deal with damage received as well as dealt.

personally i hold onto typhoon, it's only 1 talent point which isn't completely out of the question and for those pve moments like gluth and XT it works wonders
starfall is another godsend, it takes a few uses to get a handle on it's range but once you do your dps will skyrocket, glyph of focus is a must if you use starfall
gale winds isn't an outrageous investment either, only 2 talents to boost your aoe dps and when aoes are necessary you'll be glad you have it
spec i feel comfortable with, not saying it's the best or flawless just that i find works for me.
55/0/16
i like that blizz is pushing dps away from rotations and face smashing and more into priority lists

Ok I need to know this why is 3/3
Celestial Focus
a must have? Is the 3% haste game breaking for dps?
Otherwise won't you want 1/3
Celestial Focus
and 1/3
Nature's Focus
. That way with a paladin's
Improved Concentration Aura
you would receive no push back?
The main reason for taking the talent is the haste, which (in terms of dps value) is actually worth more than spell power until you hit the soft cap on Wrath. The talent is by no means "game breaking" but you are getting a lot in terms of dps out of just 3 talent points (bang for your buck, so to speak). The knock-back protection to Starfire can be huge on certain fights, but that part is really just icing on the cake.

Umm have you guys seen the amount of raid damage going on. Let's see. Random Frost bolts from KT, Freezing aura from Saph and Hodir. lightning from Thorim. The stupid add damage and bombs from Freya. ToC fights Fire, poison, more fire. PvP. The list goes on.
For 1 or 2 points, getting Random 10% damage more damage isn't at all bad. In fact on Saph fight's its almost perma on.
If you study your web log for entire instances you'll find that it actually is bad, and a lot worse than it sometimes seems. Many people have done this (myself included) and analysed the real-raid situation results and the bottom line is... it's not worth any points at all. It really isn't.
The main reason for taking the talent is the haste, which (in terms of dps value) is actually worth more than spell power until you hit the soft cap on Wrath
Since when? Did you mean worth more than crit? Nothing is worth more than Spell Power at any gear level.
