That's where this should be posted.
And honestly, it's pretty obvious you didn't spend a lot of effort into configuring these addons unless you like the default settings for every single one.

Before being so critical, download my UI and don't install the WTF folder at all, then try to get it to look like my UI does. Seriously, try to do it.
Just because there aren't any custom textures doesn't mean there isn't *a lot* of configuration applied. The UI is the result of countless hours of work, tweaking during raids and making sure every single element shows up an an expected location.
It's one thing not to like the result but don't question the amount of effort until you try to achieve the same thing yourself.
I'll give you the benefit of the doubt, but it still doesn't change the fact that you should post it in the thread designated for showing your UI to people.

Why aren't the unit frames aligned symmetrically then? One of a few things I picked up.
I'm sure there's a lot of configuration behind it all, that's obvious...but that's the same with every other UI here, and the differences are in the looks for the most part. I'll back you up with the hours of work you put in, but I'm in complete agreement with Dansk that it looks as though this was slapped together 10 minutes before the due date...

Just curious though, what made you think it wasn't a lot of work? I am asking honestly: what is the differentiating factor for you between UIs which look like a lot of work versus those which do not?
I will agree that I see a lot of UIs which look like mods were slapped together, with no symmetry or consistency whatsoever. That's not the case here but I am still curious why you thought it was, specifically.
For me, it's the similarity between the default options for quartz and pitbull.
I have another reason that's really bad on my part (shame on me), but its quite cookie cutter and has a similar layout to that of Spartan UI (A UI I hate with a passion).

Its mainly due to the 'default' configuration of most addons (visually) that makes this seem unfinished, and the vast amount of screen space that has been compromised by seemingly unnecessary information. I have seen a few UI's that are similar in design to yours, however they were much cleaner allowing more viewing space and such.
The main culprit, as mentioned earlier, is the black bar on the lower part of your screen. I'm not sure what to suggest, so I'll let you configure it how you feel is necessary. Another is the buff bars in the top right, I once had bars similar to this but changed to icons without any problems.
Please don't take any of this as an insult, we are just trying to help 'fix' any UI we can ;)

Heres an example of a UI that does 1000x more than the OPs but takes up 1000x less space (and I'm sure, abour 99% less cpu usage as well):

Then give him constructive criticism. All you people have done is %^&* all over his UI, which is about par for the course around here any more.

I beg to differ...

Also, /salute to this
I can definitely tell you that you can't compare 20-30 hours of Ace 3 config to even 3 hours of .lua config.

@Maelos
After reading my initial post, I now see how it may have seemed a little %^&*!@#ish, and I apologise for that.
As for your UI, there are a lot of things You don't need, but keep the functionality.
For example, my
UI
(Sorry no Screenshot with grid showing) does what your UI does, but with less space.
One thing that I would suggest you do is to remove the black panel and reduce the amount of buttons you have showing. That will free up A LOT of space.

I get the feeling that the UI you have setup is more or less the stock, with some fine tuning it could be a powerhouse. I think that your UI uses up way to much space, the bottom is the worst offender of all. Many of those actions bars can be set to a paging style or to mouse over only. As a warlock you really have no need to have a large Grid, for the most part of using Grid as a warlock it the ability to apply SS quickly, and see if it's basically a raid wipe. With your Omen and Recount I think you don't need to see the entire list, and if you do just scroll down. The other thing would be applying fonts to each of the various texts through your UI. And on a little personal note I see no need at all for timestamps other than in the combat longs.
Here is my UI, as of this point I still am in the configuration of Grid and Aloft but should be done shortly.
Me playing around with my hunter.
And ps I have only been using the ace system for the setup I have no idea how to write in .lua, and this is my first time breaking away from the basic stock blizz UI. It's amazing to see the many steps I have taking to get this point so far.
