Lvl 37 lock, Summon succubus not available?

So I went to Carendin, got the quest, went to Rachet, got a new quest. Its the Tome one that eventually gets to summon the Felhunter. All well and good, but shouldn't the first one be succubus. It says on here that succubus quest is level 20, so shouldn't I have had a choice for both, or atleast that one first?

Second, I tried the Org warlock guy gan'rul and I don't have an option to learn his quest.

so I apologize for not knowing where to put this, I don't post often and I'm really confused I cant find anything on this.

UPDATE: Accidently posted this ^ in general, they told me to go to Alamma in SilverMoon. He did not have it either. Nor did the guy in Org.

is there a possibility that you did a portion of the chain and then stopped? it might be worth going through all the quest givers in the chain (look it up through wowhead) and see if they have it. also if you switch on low level quest tracking you'll see exclamation marks you never knew were there.

Go to UC.... thats where i got my succubus on alt.

edit: Hearts of the pure is where I left off...Thanks for the info, I didn't want to talk to the farsan guy because he was a mage trainer, so I didn't think to look at the quest he gave out :p
