Leveling spec?

I have a 44 rogue and I was just wondering how best to set up my tree for leveling seeing as I am mostly throwing points at whatever looks like it might be useful. I am mostly questing with some instance and BGs when I get bored or figure I won't have to spend the whole fight picking off the wounded. I like combat but I am not overly picky if another set up will do me better.

I'd change your talent spec to something like
this
.
Then at level 50
Level 60
Then start filling out talents in Assassination, you should then hit 80 nicely with
this
.

Thank you very much. That is really helpful, though I don't know about the improved slice and dice. I don't use it all that often.

You should, increased attack speed = increased dps.
Activate SnD after gaining a couple of combo points and then forget about it till the next set of mobs. You don't have to waste your time refreshing it on a nearly dead enemy though.

So I should be using SnD instead of Eviscerate?

No no!
Open with Garrote (from stealth), cast Slice and Dice, use Sinister Strike to build combo points to five, and Eviscerate.

ooooh ok. and also as much as I know its an 8 point sink is it a bad thing to have Master of Deception and Camouflage. I would think moving faster and not being so visible while stealthed would be a good thing.

I wouldn't bother to be perfectly honest with you. You don't really have to start in stealth it was just a suggestion and you need the points at your level for the deep Combat talents later on.
Combat Rogues are essentially Fury Warriors in leather. Hell you can just run upto mobs with Sinister Strike if you want to with: SS -> SnD -> SS to 5 cp -> Evisc

I like to either A) jump people that I happen to be passing when questing or B) kill time and people in the BGs. will not having the 8 subtly points hurt me any is what I think I am more worried about then mobs seeing me

Buy Dual-spec.

Those stealth improving points are completely wasted for what you're doing at the moment (leveling). You can still gank people without them.

Mmkay, I just wanted to make completely sure I wouldn't be needing them. Thank you for suffering my questions.

I disagree, though it's almost certainly dependant on play style.
Master of Deception is good for levelling because it makes it far easier to stealth past mobs and pick all your fights. Especially useful when you're leveling in areas where mobs are higher level than you are. I don't know how anyone could recommend not having this talent for levelling. I even like to have it for dailys at 80. It just means you can run right by mobs while stealthed.
I find stealth annoyingly slow without camouflage, the only time I dont have this talent is for raiding. imho, this hugely speeds up levelling because you can get between the mobs faster.
