Alright, since short it's hard for me to get into a few raid groups because of my lack of mana? I'm fully level 80 equipped (10/25/heroics) but I still have like 15k mana. Could anyone tell me what I should replace or what the problem is?
here's my armory:

Replace your Spellpower gems with Intellect ones, and replace your meta with Insightful Earthsiege Diamond. Make sure you fill out the meta requirement (Int/SP for one gem, and Int/Stam or Int/MP5 for another gem, or put a SP/Stam or SP/MP5 in a good blue or red socket to fill it out).
That should cover at least a bit of the problem.

Lose the crafted gear asap its *!@#, gem int, enchant int, live and breath int. I'm in about average ilvl gear to you and i have a much larger mana pool (my guild calls it a lake) and much higher levels of crit and haste because int is so good and i stack it like crazy (think my sp is like 1800ish which is still fine for the content i do).
As said above change the glyph and spec, also think about the divinity glyph instead of beacon a 8k mana pot once per boss fight if needed is never a bad thing (assuming you take the loh minor with it). If i'm in my ret gear atm i will go change it so you can see the difference.

I see the Brilliant Titansteel as your big problem. The sp is nice, but zero int is what kills it.

if i where u i would go farm rep for argent crusade
I farmed rep in order to gear up, i also farmed the AH for tasty gear to use on my first ever Naxx 10 run.
Of course it wasn't all plate gear which isn't a problem but that night i replaced 4 pieces of gear that i had spent a coupl eof hundred could on. So some people might argue that this is not the best method for gearing.
Would your naxx run have gone as well without that gear is more the question?

Untrue, Holy Light has a 166% Spellpower Coefficient, meaning 1000 Spellpower will result in 1660 more healing from Holy Light.
Source:
WowWiki
untrue :)
1000 spellpower is for dmg
but 1000 spellpower is something like 1660 bonus healing, i dont know exact coefficient, but i think its 1sp=1,66healingSP so if holy light get 166% with 1000 SP(which is 1660 healing SP) its 2755,6 bonus healing to holy light
edit: because coefficients doesnt change since BC and in bc good healer got 2000 healing, it will be weird on level 80 have 2000 healing, so today healers with 2000 spell power got 3320 healing counting in BC system :)
