IED.
Edit: At your current intellect level, ESD gives you ~30 INT, while IED will give you 21. Meanwhile, the 25 SP from ESD simply can't compete with IED's mana regen proc, especially if running OOM is your main issue. All in all, ESD gives you ~10 more INT and 25 more SP, while IED gives you around 70 mp5, depending on how often it procs...
