I am also thinking about respeccing to 51/5/15 (passing up 3% crit and PoJ for 5% extra healing).
Not the solution. At all.

PoJ is far too valuable, despite flawed arguments against it (which all seem to cite the Tuskarr enchat - ugh). I stopped trying to argue against Tuskarr because these people can't be helped. :p
The crit vs +healing I suppose you could question, but don't drop PoJ.

Int = MP5 and all that jazz
Int doesn't give Mp5. Int gives Spell Crit, Spell Damage and Healing.
Int does give MP5 unless you're silly to run without Replenishment. :o

It's because your gear sucks (comparatively speaking). Those people have BiS for EVERYTHING. They have 2200-2300 SP with 26-28k mana buffed. They are also flasked to the max, so there's an extra 65 int or 125 SP.
i know which gear is that BiS, but whats shourtcut for thath, what does it even mean

It's not going to be the major source of mana regeneration for paladins so in my opinion it shouldn't be factored into what gems a paladin uses. Once you're well geared and have a mana pool of about 20k to 23k there's no longer a use for intellect gems since the crit and spellpower outweighs the need for more intellect.
With 20k buffed mana in a raid, you're getting 250 mp5 from Replenishment when it's up. (Did I do that right?)
With 25k buffed mana you're getting 312.5 mp5 from it.
With 26k buffed mana you're getting 325 mp5 from it.
Along with the other stat boosts you get from increased intellect. I don't think there's really a point where gemming for more int becomes bad, because with that kind of gear, your heals are already loaded with a ton of throughput. There are a lot of fights that can run you out of mana even as a Holy Paladin if you do them with less than the conventional amount of healers. That also makes healing more fun, so I see no reason to stop gemming for Intellect. :D
This isn't even factoring Divine Plea in.
Also, Blizzard has stated they expect all raids to have Replenishment (even 10 mans), especially after the most recent patch where they gave it to two more classes (5/10), so it's a very valid thing to consider.
Edit: I do agree with Crit > Int after you have a sufficient pool, actually, but not Spellpower.
Edit2:
...you could gem into
Crit/
SP
which would increase the chance of illumination's effect to occur.
...I see why you don't understand.
