KK a few things, your enhancement tree is a little bogged down, you arent really going to be hit very much outside of pvp so you dont need improved shields, defense, or armor so take 15 points out of there. Leave 5 points into Ansectral Knowledge.
In your resto tree you're lacking some of the staple parts of the resto shaman. Now take your new 15 points and put 5 into Improved Healing Wave, 5 into Restoritive Totems, and 1 into Mana Tide Totem. Take 3 and place them into Healing Way as well. Put your last into Healing Grace.
This is my current spec for raid healing and a bit of arenas and pvp

Follow the above advice, but Skip healing grace, ditch all your points in Enhance, and get Elemental Warding. I can't ever think of a situation where 500 mana would have won a fight that simply potting sooner would have also solved. On the other hand, I can't count how many times 10% reduced fire/frost/nature damage has saved my ass, both in PVE and PVP.
The previous 5 points in elemental don't really matter. I get -10% mana off shocks/LB

thats why i was trying to get higher armor and shield block and dodge, is so when the other arena team trys to kill me its harder for them, (so there healer dies first) please tell me ur thoughts though ive honestly not arena played yet (still only 67) does restoritive totems help out a lot in arenas? im just curious on how much of a bonus it would give over normal mana totem/healing totem
Toughness won't help. You simply do not get enough armour contribution from it to be worth it.
Likewise, Shield Specialization does not do enough either to warrant it - at level 60 I even specifically geared for Shield Specialization (Crest of Retribution+Thorium Spike etc) and while it was good for laughs it was definitely not as effective as simply buffing spell damage and putting those points in Concussion.
You
need
Imp Healing Wave imo - both pve and pvp it is a huge buff to the spell. Where you pull points from in the treet to go here is really down to whether this is primarily a raiding or pvp spec - for raiding you'd still want Imp Chain Heal but not Nature's Guardian, while pvp Nature's Guardian isn't too bad while Imp Chain Heal is basically worthless.

Skipping Nature's Guardian in PVE is a terrible idea.

Agreed.. I can't count how many times this has saved me when pulling heal aggro. Nature's guardian is an extremely worthwhile talent for PVE and PVP.
I dunno, in my raiding experience a shaman cant really get heal aggro unless they're trying to, Earth Shield is considered the tank healing himself so he gets that threat and our only hot, given you're a DR, is our racial which doesnt tick that high or often anyways. It might be useful in certain raid damage spots like maybe Mag, Grull, Netherspite, or Shade, I just dont see it as worthwhile when chances are either the tank died or you're about to. But to each his own. Also I havent really gotten very far in terms of 25 mans so my advice might be null and void around that level.

It's not just about getting aggro, there are many times when I've been taking damage and getting a mana free instant 1100 heal that doesn't even trigger a global cooldown has saved my ass. Tidewalker, Leotheras, Al'ar, hell even shadow bolt volley sloppiness on Mag. Then there's the countless AE or random abilities (saw blades in TK, nature spears and spore quakes in SSC, etc) that are present on every trash pull. Taking Nature's Guardian in any resto build should be a no-brainer.
Edit: Also, elemental warding is about 100 times better than 5% more mana pool. 600 mana isn't even 1 more max rank healing wave, and it's gone the second you use it. Conversely, Elemental Warding has immediate and tangible results in both PVE and PVP. 8/0/53 is THE resto spec.

Yeah, chain heal is about 80% of my healing. That doesn't mean I never heal the tank.

It's a pretty interesting idea for arena healing, the problem however is the same that I faced with my paladin and why you simply don't get redoubt when you spec holy -
You don't block/dodge/parry while casting a spell - its a big deal for paladins especially when they are tanking ^_^
The best build IMO has already been mentioned you get Elemental Warding (it is huge) and then put the rest of your points in resto, pvp/pve talents as you wish to spec, but remember that the reduction on your totem spell costs is almost NEVER worth it. Neither is 5% more mana.
