Just go with dual Wound for levelling.

i read some post about putting the wound poison on the mh instead of OH so i want to know how do you decide wich poison goes were? im still lvling so if you can give me some advice would be really apreciated.
Still depends entirely on your spec. While leveling I would go for Instant Poison both hands for more damage over Wound Poison. Very rarely will you have to worry about mobs healing themselves.

Like Iteken said, combat + daggers = bad. The reason being is, the low top end damage on daggers really gimps your SS damage, and in any combat rotation SS is your primary attack.
Since there aren't a lot of fist weapon choices at your level, I'd recommend getting yourself a nice slow (2.5 to 2.6 speed) sword/axe for you main hand, and a quick (1.4 to 1.6 speed) sword/axe for your off hand and spec into
hack and slash
in the combat tree. The 5% chance doesn't seem like much, but it actually procs quite often. If you do find a good main hand fist weapon (slow with good top end damage) then go with that and a dagger in the off hand and spec into
combat potency
instead of H&S.
