Event alert for your bloodsurge procs is handy. I don't really use any other specific addons other than the normal bunch (omen, recount etc.).
Rotation basically BT, WW, instant slam procs and HS for rage dump (one target) or Cleave (more than one).

Sorry for being a pest but what do you mean by normal bunch, I haven't been in the loop very long, omen looks helpful but what accounts for the normal bunch.
Normal bunch is usually Omen (threat meter), Recount (damage meter), Dominos (action bar mod), IceHUD (heads up display), xperl (unit frame), Bagnon (bag mod), Cartographer/Gatherer (map and gathering), Deadly Boss Mods (raid timers)....
That sort of thing.

at level 44, you need almost nothing. you won't even have bloodsurge procs until level 52, and that's pretty much the only thing that's mandatory.
for attack order, fury is simple - keep BT and WW on cooldown. i wouldn't even both with HS at your level - better to save the rage for the next pull.
as far as the "usual bunch", most of that is really personal preference. as you start to raid, there are a few that come close to being mandatory:
-threat meter (omen, skada)
-dps meter, for your own personal quest to get better - NOT for spamming in raid (recount, skada)
-boss mod (DBM, bigwigs)
-unit/raid frames (pitbull, xperl, grid, etc)
-proc notice (eventalert, classtimers, elkbuffbars, etc)
i would suggest installing one of the unit frames now so you get it where you like it as you level, as well as one of the proc alerts and dps meters.
