Druid vs Rogue

Stupid thread, I know. But please, solve this argument for me.
My brother plays a druid. I play a rogue.
When we duel, he complains about how I stunlock him. To avoid stunlock, he goes into travel form and runs around, occasionally going to moonkin to put a dot on me.
He says "if you can stun me, i can use travel form".
Would anyone agree that travel form is an imba thing for a duel, if it is all you rely on to win?
As a rogue, I have sprint to catch up. Other than that, I'm unable to get within melee range when he uses travel form.
Is it fair to use travel form to run around while a dot (such as moonfire) does damage, and the opponent is unable to catch up?
As a rogue, how can I stop this?
Posting this in both Rogue and Druid forums.

We're both lvl 45, btw.
With travel form, he gets to stay out of melee range. I'm left to use my thrown weapon, and to wait for cd on vanish and sprint once i use them.

same argument as fighting a mage/hunter "is kiting fair?"
but you should ask yourself "is killing someone while they can't do anything at all fair?"
each class has their own mechanics, now if a druid could stunlock you AND kite you then that'd be an unfair advantage but how it stands you can stunlock them but can't kite, they can't stunlock you but can kite.

You must be a pretty crappy rogue....
Rogue>>>>>>>boomkin.
Period.
ESPECIALLY at 45 when neither of you have resil. If he somehow, miraculously lives thru the stunlock, you blind him, restealth, and have 2 full stunlock rotations to kill him.
Try watching some PvP rogue vids. You shouldn't be losing to a boomkin with no resil.

I was more asking, can someone please explain that stunlock is part of a rogue.
He whines about me "always having to stun him", when stunlock is one of the core parts to playing a rogue.

Judging weither its fair or not is silly because this game is not balanced around level 45's. You and him both are missing key talents and abilities that you're expected to have at 80 pvp.

If either of you are going to sit there and complain about how you lose cause they do something your missing the point of your class. Certain classes have certain abilities and if you have them then you are more then entitled to use them. So is it fair? Of course it's fair. GG no RE

I hate this crap man. People always complain if you switch forms during a duel. Travel form is a tool avaible to him, same as stunlock is for you. Neither is "imba".
Play your class and tell him to stfu.

you two could make an arrangement, he won't use travel form if you don't stun him...
druid friend casts cat form+dash...rogue casts sap "what it's not a stun it's a form of incapacitation"

Every ability a class has is fair game for a duel. Anyone who tells you otherwise is attempting to compensate for a real or perceived inadequacy. If a Paladin pops Lay on Hands in a duel and wins because of it, that's great. He chose when to use the cooldown. If he won't duel you again afterward while the ability is on cooldown, then you can take it as a compliment because he clearly doesn't believe he can beat you without it. There are plenty of other examples of this.
If your brother pops travel form and runs away, run the other direction and get out of range before he can DOT you, restealth, reset the duel. Druids have talents to mitigate the effects of a stunlock. At 45, he could have points in Primal Tenacity.
