Say that to goverment.
But isn't it better talk about these things than just ignore them?
It's better to do some research before making assumptions like you've been doing. Google is your friend.

Well I will answer to some question before I go to sleep.
Ok whose fault is the war? Goverments. Who chose that goverment? People (or tyranny). Why did they let these happen and reacted too late? I dunno. So they screw up with the goverment in the end. Also I know almost as much as you know about Chinas history. And why can't I talk about it? Is it forbidden?
Please, tell Rankorr he's to blame for his government. He'll hand you your ass.
For the sake of everyone involved I'm choosing NOT to answer his question and instead pretend he just said something about squirrels playing with cardboard boxes.
If he says something like that to my face though, he better have a good insurance. And an ambulance nearby. >_>
Though thanks for having my back EluraE =)

Trying to think of the best way to out this, so as not to write a book, yet make a clear point.
Totalitarian governments don't usually just spring up quickly. They take very calculated steps, over many election cycles, and will literally "trick" the people into electing the very government that oppresses their own country.
The most common way of doing this is though government programs (welfare, healthcare, social programs, ect). Once the government has a large enough majority of a countries voting population reliant on the government for their existence, then at that point the government is able to do whatever it wants.
This is especially easy in countries that have a large population of poor people. The government can give them very little, yet to them, it is the difference between life and death, so they will continue to vote, and completely ignore the obvious destruction of their own country.
Anyone who tries to run against the current regime will be easily dispatched, because people will never vote for someone if they think it will affect themselves in a negative way, even if it would help the entire country in a very positive way.
My point here is, we all usually responsible in some part for our government, even if we actively fight against it. Venezuela is a good example of this. Chavez offered the poor just enough to secure their dependence on the government, which allowed him to be able to do anything he wanted, without fear of losing an election.

Like I said, this is not a happy topic for me, and its one that often makes me prone to get overly passionate, and sometimes, just plain unpleasant. As such, I abstain myself from participating on it.
Or, as my GM put it:
"You don't wanna go there, because if you go there, then "I" will go there, and I'm going to be SO OVER THERE, you will wish I had stayed right here"

A country with a history of !@#$ty government isn't to blame on the current generation. And then of course we have governments put in place by... the US...
A lot of the time war doesn't even have to be because of a countries "corrupt government". If we take palestine for example, they didn't create Israel.
They cannot be blamed, but they cannot be absolved either. No
one
generation can typically be blamed. Like I said, it happens slowly, over a period of time long enough that the people don't see it coming.
But if you support parts of what put them in power, then you are, by default, partially responsible. You can't say "I don't support this dictatorial government, but I do support my government healthcare", because by letting yourself be reliant on government for a necessity of life is what gives them the ability to do all the other things you do not like. In order to truly break these regimes, the people must first break themselves from relying on the government.
Why do you think so many people in America are so opposed to Obamacare? Its not that we don't want healthcare, or that we don't think the poor deserve healthcare....it is because we know that this is just one of those "steps".....and once the country gets hooked on having yet another government program, that side will have nearly absolute political power. And as Lord Acton said, "Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely."
On a related note, who would have ever thought this would be an actual dateline to a real news story.
CARACAS, Venezuela (AP) — Police in Venezuela say they have seized nearly 2,500 rolls of toilet paper in an overnight raid of a clandestine warehouse storing scarce goods.
"Hey Luis, what should we raid tonight? The cocaine dealers? The prostitutes? The gang members?"
"No, man...I hear there is a huge stash of illegal toilet paper down the road. And it is PURE WHITE! It's the good stuff....TRIPLE PLY!"
(Yes, I realize I am making light of a serious situation that one of our friends is sadly caught in. I mean no disrespect. I hope that even Rank can see how sometimes something can be so absurd, such as a toilet paper raid, that it becomes humorous, even though its not)
