Well Honor Gear is 476...
Is it PvE or PvP?
From what i know, Honor Points it's for PvP Power gear...
BUT the items are budgeted for PvE as well. Ex: ilvl 476 equipment from Honor is still 476 equipment and is equivalent to any PvE 476 equipment. In short, Honor >>>>>>> Justice. Trade in Justice Points you get too.

Under the leadership of Chavez, there were some successes and some failures of the administration. Unemployment dropped by 6.9%. Inflation increased by 8%. GDP per capita more than doubled. The bolivar is worth a fifth of what it was in USD when Chavez took office. Extreme poverty is under half of what it was, while the homicide rate has almost doubled. Infant mortality has declined by seven deaths per one thousand. See
here.
All true, under the oil boom, but I wouldn't call these "successes" due to his leadership.
For instance, if my neighbor and I discovered a gold mine on our property line, so I took all the gold, raped his wife, killed his children, burned his house down, then used his credit card to buy each of us a pizza, I wouldn't call the pizza a "success" of my leadership.
While Mytie's example is a bit extreme, it is true.
Look, I'm not gonna lie and say that EVERYTHING Chavez did was evil, he did some good things, in fact, on his first 2 years of presidency I honestly though he was the best president we've ever had.
He more or less killed illiteracy on the country. A huge percentage of the population could not read or write, that ended with a social program that taught people to do so for free. He also made public schools free (for all the good that did, our scholar system is a non-funny joke, I'll elaborate on this later) instated free clinics that give free treatment and consults (but not medicine or hospitalization) and Native Americans here got a lot of rights restored, he also added a program to help people pay for orthopedic devices like crutches, wheelchairs, or in my case, leg-braces, at really affordable fees with no interest, and other minor goodies.
But all of those mean JACK SQUAT compared to the major damage he caused. Its like me going to your house and adding a fresh coat of paint, fixing the frontal gate so it doesn't squeak anymore, and fix your plumbing so its not cluttered anymore, and then unleashing a plague of rats in there, destroy your electrical wiring, and flood it with sewer water.
Sure I did some good to your house, but the damage I did far outweighted the good, so your house is in a worse state than it was prior to my intervention.
I could list the bad things that chavez did, but the list would be so long, it would take multiple posts, so I'll just leave the highest damaging one: He established CADIVI. That is a corporation that restricts all the money that goes in our out of the country. On any other country, if you have pesos/euros/yen/soles/pesetas/pounds/yuan etc, you can freely exchange them to any other form of currency, without restrictions. So, if a french gaming company releases this really cool game, but you don't have euros? no problem, paypal takes care of it for you, just pay in dollars, and they'll exchange those into euros so you can have your product.
Here? we can't. Nobody can exchange Bolivares to foreign currencies, and nobody can exchange foreign currencies into bolivares. Without the government's approval that is. So if I wanna have some dollars so I can buy some stuff online, or pay my world of warcraft sub, or other stuff, I need to get authorized by CADIVI (which requires a LONG AND BRUTALLY HARD list of requirements) and even then, they'll sell (that's right, SELL, not exchange) only a limited amount of dollars per year, depending on what I need them for. 300 dollars per year for online purchases, 5000 dollars per year for traveling. If you want more? sucks to be you. Or buy them at the black market where they're sold for up to 5x their average price.
Do you have ANY IDEA of how much this has harmed our economy? I'll leave that for you to ponder.
I totally didn't realize
Heart of the Swarm is coming out today. I had a fun moment earlier when I was like "Oh, I pre-ordered that. Guess I will have something new to play this evening."
heh, I'm gonna wait to get that one, I still have a rather long playlist to finish before I get to that. (Dishonored on High Chaos, Batman Arkham City, Assassin's Creed 3, Dragonborn in Skyrim, and Kingdoms of Amalur, plus I'm replaying Starcraft 2 again to refresh up the story on my head, I do that often when a sequel is near)
