You can hardly call having 30k hp in a Naxx10 getting carried...
He said that about 24k hp, if you would read it properly.
On topic, main tanking is rather fun, although a daunting task :x

There's nothing quite like being the Main Tank in a raid situation. As a healer or DPS casualties can be tolerated but with tanks you don't build up your raid with tank redundancy in mind; if your MT goes down, odds are that the raid will follow suit in a couple of seconds.
That said, I don't feel particularly ordained in my role as MT; I'm just as much a cog in the machinery as the guy poking the baddies' backs or the fellow in the robes with glowing hands. This is especially true with the advent of Dual Spec, which has meant that the class roles are not set in stone any more. Gone are the days when the MT was the poster child of a guild and the main priority in every respect of gearing.
Once a tank, always a tank, is my bon mot. I have tried levelling up DPS and Healer alts but I have always reverted back to my Warrior as it becomes excruciating not tanking the instances and knowing that you could speed things up if you were in the MT's shoes.
But as for the question: Yes. Yes I do.
