You're a bit confused. Read the sticky at the top of the forum, Warlock FAQ.
First, in demo, even with molten core, shadowbolt > incinerate. You really need emberstorm for incinerate to be better. Second, you're casting incinerate without having Immolate on the target? Read the tooltip for Incinerate. Third, Immolate should be part of your rotation.

if you're providing DP for the raid then you want iDT
yes to immolate
no to incinerate
CoE only if there's no boomkin, unholyDK or destro lock
use immo aura on bosses too if mechanics allow (demo circle > demo charge > immo aura > ... > teleport)
no to shadowflame
RoF > hellfire
no to DR (unless specifically taken for the threat reduction).

Proper Demo specs can't afford more than one point in Suppression... Just gonna have to suck it up and equip that hit gear.

I've always wanted a to raid demon and with the 3.3 changes, I'm hopeful. How does this build look? I just whipped it up, no official testing.

Is that serious or a joke lol.
To OP: This is the "near" proper spec for demo
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#IZbGchoAzibsguAoE00V
And no, RoF > Hellfire in ALL circumstances.
I have 0 experience with demo outside of leveling and I was looking for constructive critiques in an effort to learn more, not just be told.
No need to come at me with such arrogance; I assumed this was a discussion and was trying to include myself in said discussion.
So to continue on with that in mind - what glyphs would be sound? Right now I'd wager FG, LT, and Meta.

well, responses to a "help me with xxx" thread aren't a good place for uneducated postulating. regular posters on this board can get quite defensive about the strength of advice that is given and this can occasionally lead to harsh replies to those giving poor advice.
if you're looking to learn then there's tons of good advice in the stickies and questions in reference to information there are the most favourably received. 3.3 demo builds will be exactly the same as current ones including glyphs so current info in the stickies can be considered pertinent to 3.3.

I've been running demo since I created my lock (with occasional forays into hybrid specs) and there are a few things to question in here:
Improved Demonic Tactics: Is your Pact uptime really that bad? Between DT (10%) and the obligatory 2t9 (another 10%) your personal spellcrit would have to be >33% for the FG to get similar benefit from 3/3 IDT. Which leads to the question, are you really stacking for crit as demo? Get moar spellpower.
2/3 Molten Core: People are still hashing this one out for the highest gearlevels, but it's really only relevant for Immolate, Demon Aura, and weaving Soulfire. I'm split on this talent so far. It would be great to have if you could count on having CoA, but that assumes a certain level of group / raid composition. Which leads to my next point...
Mana Feed: If you're in a consistent 25, your FG will almost undoubtedly have a replenishment effect, and with only zero or one ability autocasting* he may not need mana. If you're in an unlucky 10 man or you do a lot of pugs, you really can't count on any particular other class ability being present, and your felguard definitely could run out of mana, losing you dps and some percentage of pact uptime.
Supression: 3% less hit rating needed from gear is pretty nice, but it's also the kind of thing you can get from one item slot nowadays, and/or from having a shadowpriest or oomkin in the raid. It allows you to itemize for MOAR POWER, which is always fun. The flip side is that those 3 points could go to something like IDT or MC.
Destructive Reach 2/2: Two points is definitely pushing it. Warlocks do (or did, it seems to have changed somewhat) have threat issues, most especially very proccy and crit-based ones. Running without, if everything fires just right (you pop meta and start your weave during BL and *everything* procs) and you crit streak, enjoy your view of boss crotch. Lately I haven't had issues w tanks losing the race, and I definitely can't justify putting that second point here when it could go to more blasties. That first point does give you some leeway learning to weave, though. It's like training wheels.
Fel Domination: If your demon goes down, you lose dps and justification for your entire damn spec. It's just one point, and very arguably not necessary with proper pet control, but if you don't have that (or if raid damage keeps going up) this becomes a very valuable point.
---
* A footnote on pet control to new warlocks: for the love of god, put your pet on passive. Turn off the damn taunt (right clicky) and be mindful that cleave can only be autocast on fights that you are NOT using crowd control abilities during. As for the intercept, having it not on auto means it won't be on CD should the worst happen and you need to stop some (presumably vulnerable) mob approximately *now*-ish.
