One moment in time that still comes back to me.
Upon venturing into Westfall a few levels early with my newly aquired Paladin Maxïmo I had a near death experience that really got to me.
Dodging dangerous foes as I walked into the grounds of Sentinel Hill, I hear a loud yell and a level 70 Horde hunter races in and begin killing everything around me. This was my first horde experience mind you so I was of course terrified! I rushed away and dodged behind a rock hoping he would not mind me. Upon spotting me he laughs...
To my rescue comes an alliance player of equal strength and they begin battling. I watch their life get closer and closer to zero, on shaky terrified legs I decide to help. I begin healing my ally to the best of my knowledge, saving his life by a margin of 50 HP.
He thanks me and invite me into his guild and my real journey began...
Still alive and sincerely yours
Maxïmo

It was back in those days when the halloween masks had been introduced. Me and a friend, still pre-30, decided to take the trip to Goldshire. We were orcs. He dressed up as a dwarf woman in a red dress and tried to lure newbies down into the Lion's Head Inn cellars. I stealthed around and took screenshots :D
Later we submitted one of the screenshots into the win-a-t-shirt contest, and I won! Now I have two (so far) unused t-shirts in my closet - one horde and one alliance. Oh, and they tossed in a WoW cap too, for good will!

My favorite moment was in vanilla WoW, after a year of raiding and saving dkp, finally
Eye of Sulfuras
dropped for me, beeing the first hordeplayer on my realm to obtain the legendary
Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros
.
From the first day, everybody said "it will never drop" or "even when it drops, you´ll not be in the raid or your dkp isn´t top", and they´re all mistaken. I got it with my orc shaman and i´ve had a lot of fun with it, in the following raids and in PVP before the Windfury nerf (hi @ oneshot clothies :D).
LOOOOOOVE it =)
P.S.: still got it on my bank to fondle and spoon with it ;)

My best WoW memory was when I was around lvl 40 with my troll hunter. I was in one of the bigger guilds on the server, which was just a few months old or so. The guild, Legio XII, held something they called Wargames at the arena in Stranglethorn.
Everyone fought for the big price of a high rank in the guild no one yet held, and of course the great honor in winning such a tournament. We must've been more than 40 people there, and it was the most fun I've had in WoW so far. I didn't do very well, but hell I didn't care the least.

Most rememberable moment was when i took first flight from ThunderBluff to Crossroads. I saw an angel in the top of one of the many rocks in Barrens. First time i didnt believe my eyes.So i went to check this rock. And when i get to the top of it i trully saw an angel and a monument. It was a monument in memory to one of the developer of Blizzard. I can't remember who it was, but it was very beautiful.
