Bloodfang Armor

At level 80, preferably not since you're loosing itemization, but at lower levels who cares, 1Str = 1AP.

QFT. Str is not a junk stat for rogues, like int is, it's just not as good as agi, hit, crit etc
pre 80 it's just levelling gear anyway but to max your dps you won't wanna have any strength on items as it's just one other more useful stat that you won't have

You have to realize that back in the day when wow was relatively young, so were the developers (in a matter of speaking). If you browse around some vanilla armor, you'll find that the itemization back then was really, really bad. People didn't wear certain armor because it was good, it was their only choice. Not to mention the prestige of wearing, say, bloodfang. It used to matter much more back then.
Now, back on the topic of strength. Strength is, by all means, a junk stat for rogues. Sure, you may get away with using strength weapons while leveling if they have more dps than what you had used before, but generally, agility outperforms it in every case.
1Str = 1AP.
While this is true in theory, in reality, rogue/feral items are itemized with twice as much AP instead of an equal iLvl item with strength. In every case that you have a choice between a strength item and an agi/ap item, the latter will win.
