[BUG] RSS Feed for the blue tracker not able to validate.

As the title states; the RSS feed for the blue tracker page fails W3C validation which prevents many (most?) modern RSS readers and tools from even attempting to use the feed.
Evidence of the failed validation can be seen here;

To correct this you can simply escape the data passed in the LINK tag with a CDATA block.
