frost is great until you meet that boss with a bunch of raid healers that are so-so tank healers, resulting in massive failing in what needed to be done. though i do have to say, if you ever plan on tanking most multimob pulls, frost will handle it alot better threatwise and mitigation wise.
While Frost does better at snap AoE threat, Blood does well with Death and Decay and Blood Boil.

Exactly. Especially so if you have DnD glyphed, which you should. My DK is a fulltime Blood Tank and it's a mission for anyone to pull off of me.
DND (Glyphed) -> IT -> PS -> PEST. -> BLOOD TAP INTO BB.
Keep in mind being specced into
Blood Gorged
will give you a 10% dmg (hence, threat) bonus when you're above 75% health, which is fairly hard to miss if you make the pull count when placing DnD.
Also, while admittedly other specs still do slightly better for AoE threat than Blood, if you have any DPS aggro off of you in single-target as Blood, then just quit tanking now. Blood's single-target threat generation is the greatest of any DK spec. It's not going to get any easier for you.
So you never had a Retribution Paladin waiting behind the Violet Hold portal, using Consecration at the time you use DnD, and using Divine Storm at the time you use Ice Touch? Guess what will happen... he will pull aggro of all the dragons except the one you iced. And this can apply to pretty much any AoE pull in any instance.
DnD is not snap aggro. IT is not AoE aggro. PS is not AoE aggro. Pest is not snap aggro. Blood tap comes too late. I tank as both Frost and Unholy, and the differences are pretty clear to me.

Let the Ret die for being stupid? It is hard to expect a tank to have AoE threat instantly, he needs to wait 2 seconds.

I am not used to it very much yet. Once i get better at blood ill try to switch the Disease glyph for Death Strike. Id also suggest using that spec if anyone asked...
