There's a Deathknight forum you know
You could just report it to be transferred to the DK forums and move on without being
pedantic
, you know?
Pedantic -adj overly concerned with minute details or formalisms, esp. in teaching.
Most of us are Pedantic. We are with our specs, gear, fights, it's what we do.

Fail. Why?
A. Obliterate spec. Blood Death Strike is much better.
B. Your threat will suck money testicles without Threat of Thassarian, even if you could get the basics down. Not to mention you took thigns such as Corpse Explosion, possible most useless spell in the game, over maxing out important things for both Blood and dual wield like Necrosis.
C. Bad survivability. You maxed out a spell for a 20% heal once every 30 seconds with four points but you couldn't spend just one on Vampiric Blood? Really? No Blade Barrier? Are you high? Do blood worms mean that much to you? No Avoidance?

if "dual wield" isn't followed or preceeded by "frost" then it's a bad idea. i'm not sure if it's a dps spec or tank spec, but either way it's bad.
for unholy, you can't get threat of thassarian and scourge strike.. for blood, you can't get heart strike and threat of thassarian. for tanking or dpsing, not being able to take the class-specific strike is a bad idea. even if there were enough talent points to get both, ToT doesn't work for scourge strike or heart strike.
if you're tanking, your highest threat ability is gonna be rune strike.. without ToT then you're only hitting runestrike with a mainhand and not making as much damage, hence, not producing as much threat. If you're DPSing (blood in your case) then heart strike and blood strike are only going off of main hand damage, and not hitting anywhere near as hard as it would if you were using a 2h.
tl:dr, no.. blood dual wield is not a good idea.

Actually there are valid unholy DW specs. Check the elitistjerks topic on DW, they look pretty interesting. They won't be competetive in high end raiding but they will still pull good dps.

=\ you're right.. i'd forgotten about that, but my basic idea still pretty much stands true. ToT is meant for dual wielding and dual wielding is meant for ToT. i'm not entirely sure who came up with that bastardized unholy build, and if it works then it works I guess. In my purely speculative opinion, however, it goes against the mechanics of unholy and DWing DKs that it -does- work. (it's kind of like the 0/41/30 build that warlocks are creaming all over in the upcoming patch. is there any other class that has a viable raiding spec that -doesn't- go 51 points into one tree? i'm not sure, but I sure can't think of one). If they want any spec to be able to dual wield, then they need to combine ToT with nerves of cold steel or something. Make it possible for you to go 51 points in any tree, and still pick up that particular talent.

frost Dwield only works because of Threat of Thassarian, a 38 point talent
if you invest 38 points into frost to make Dwield viable then you can't really call yourself blood and have grabbed enough frost dps talents to make staying in the frost tree your best option
all in all you just can't aquire the essential Dwield talents and still grab the defining talents of another tree
