Have yet to see anything about this
Should a resto druid roll on cloth for healing?
I'm pretty sure leather is lacking in the +healing on stuff till higher levels. (60+) but this more for lower levels.

My opinion has always been that healers should not be getting hit. If they are, someone doesn't know what s/he's doing. I pick my healing gear based on the stats and not the armor type.
I guess I should pull back a bit from that statement. Paladins would actually be sacrificing utility as someone who CAN take a bit of a beating without getting one-shot if they don't get plate healing gear. However, Paladins have been healers since the dawn of WoW, so there's no real shortage of gear for them.

I think that, in the
end
, there's going to be appropriate leather for your spec and level. So, every Druid healer is 95% likely to end up in all leather eventually just because the itemization is finally there for almost every class and class hybrid spec. On the way there? -- wear what improves your job the most :).

Was thinking to have two sets of gear.
Healing for groups
And AGI/STA for soloing.
That what most resto do?

I imagine that's why a Balance/Resto spec will work rather passably (that might be understated) for instance healing on the way to 70 and even a bit at 70. For that, you could also just build your healing set and use the inherent +heal × 1/3 for balance damage.

Thanks alot for the advice.
My druid is only 11, but i figured i might just spec feral till 70 but i want to heal all the way. But thank you again for all the advice helped a lot and answered my questions.
Easy to get invites and i just like to heal. Done the whole CC/DPS thing as my hunter70Surv. (The no invites and the huntard after huntard killed it)

This is really something you'll end up doing all the way to the top. As an example, even at the end of the game, the cloth healing boots from Black Temple trash mobs, and the cloth leggings from Archimonde are quite easily the best all round healing gear you're gonna get for those slots, beating out pretty much any leather item there is. A druid has every right to use them and it's not going to screw you over by losing that tiny bit of armor.
It is of course common courtesy however to pass to a priest on cloth items if it's also a big upgrade for them. You might have slightly worse leather items available, but the cloth item might be the only decent thing the priest can get at current level/progress. Only apply this to holy priests though... a shadow priest should be the one passing to the resto druid on healing cloth.
^ What he said. Don't rob yourself out of excellent gear because of something so unimportant at end-game level as armor class on a resto druid. Personally, I waited until both of our raiding priests had Archimonde legs and the BT trash boots before bidding and upgrading to them (I was wearing comparable, although not as good, leather leggings from Shade of Akama and the leather boots from Kazzak, if I remember correctly). It's okay to keep in mind that you have just as much right to wearing cloth as they do, but if there are leather alternatives even for the time being you might as well sit tight and let the clothies get there gear before stepping out of bounds. Remember that you wear cloth because you can, they wear it because they have to. :)

I'm only wearing leather gear at the time being, but my druid is only at Kara/Gruul/ZA so, the leather healing is still good ^^
